"Overall rooms were very good and excellent view of caldera. We had booked 6 rooms. Two rooms had beds that you have to climb to get in. Not comfortable for 60+ years olds. Breakfast was excellent and delivered to the room on time. Staff are excellent and always helpful. "

"Absolutely beautiful room. Exactly like the photos. My only advice is to make sure you read the check-in instructions. They were very easy to follow when I actually read them haha. Staff were so lovely and went above expectations when I needed help. I would 100% recommend staying here especially for a nice couples get away."

"Possibly my favorite stay of my Europe trip due to its beauty, value and views. The host is super accommodating, allowed us to leave our luggage with her even after check out so we didnt have to lug them around all day before our flight out.
