"The room itself was spacious and beautiful. It exceeded expectations! The only thing more spectacular than the room was the view! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! My only complaint was that we didn’t realize breakfast was included (my fault for not double checking.)"

"Overall rooms were very good and excellent view of caldera. We had booked 6 rooms. Two rooms had beds that you have to climb to get in. Not comfortable for 60+ years olds. Breakfast was excellent and delivered to the room on time. Staff are excellent and always helpful."

"Oskana and Elena were absolutely great. They offered good advice and made everything very simple. It was a delight staying here. Only regret was we didn't stay longer. The ocean view was unmatched and at the same time it allowed an amazing back drop of the city."
