"Everything was as advertised. Just Excellent! Very nice sized clean rooms. Pools were super. The snorkeling was top notch and right off the beach. Plenty of great places to eat along the West Bay beach. You must do a night snorkel! We will be back for sure! "

"This place doesnt give you an opportunity to cancel even if its within 5minutes of accidentally booking it. Also ONCE your forced to go to the area its so intimidating and terrifying, wouldnt suggest it unless you want to be walking on egg shells with all the gang members out front of the resorts holding what seems like a knife trying to extort you. Book elsewhere and save your money."

There was no stress booking activities. You can do as much or as little as you want. Snorkeling even right off the resort is world class. Swimming with a baby dolphin unforgettable. "Overall, the resort is beautiful. I’m not sure if it’s just the culture or if the staff needs additional training in responding to guest requests in a timely fashion. Service at breakfast was exceptionally slow. The wait staff didn’t always understand English. The menu listed that eggs could be made to order however, it didn’t matter how we ordered them they always came scrambled. The espresso machine was broken our entire stay. The cleanliness our unit was just OK. Housekeeping only came once...
