"Very interesting place. The location was exceptional with Nauset Beach within walking distance along with Pricilla Landing. Room was nice, however, a dormer took up half of it which made that part of the room unusable except for a TV. I did not have my own bathroom, bath towels were not replaced and it also wasn’t cleaned. I did receive one set of towels if I put used ones out. "We don’t often stay in a motel but needed a room for one night and the Wellfleet Motel was conveniently located. We had low expectations but were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the quality of the bed linens. The room appeared to have been renovated very recently. The bathroom was new and immaculately clean. Even the art on the wall was well chosen. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend!"

"The place is nice. The outdoor pool was closed, but the indoor pool was fine. Unfortunately, we were billed $91 extra when we checked out. Staff explained this is an amenities fee to cover parking, the shuttle ( which we didn’t use), and the pools. They should disclose this upfront. I’m not sure we would have chosen them if they had been transparent. We will not stay there again."

"The room was very comfortable and clean. The manager that was on site was not helpful. She did not know where the ice machine was, we locked ourselves out of our room and there was no one on site with a master key. Someone had to go to the Pelham main property to get us a key to let us in our room. Also, We had brought our own martini glasses and they were taken out of our room by housekeeping. These were four new glasses that I had bought specifically for our trip and we did not get them back....

"The room was semi clean but that was the only ok part. The rooms are not like the pictures. The lock in the window in the bathroom was broken as well as there being bugs in the bathroom. The pools were closed for chemical treatment, which was not told to us or posted anywhere before checking in, I was still charged the full “resort fee”. When I called to talk to someone I was hung up on by the front desk and they blocked my number so I can no longer call. Very unprofessional service."
