"When I arrived the staff was rude I was told 2 pm check in and was pushed back to 4pm which had my inconvenienced, the room was okay but there were bugs (roaches)."

It's not going to be for people looking for 5 star room service, but for the price I paid, I will definitely be back again during my further travels to Austin."

"Attached covered parking convenient and reasonable $10. I had other breakfast plans but quick look at buffet suggested it may have been good. Room very clean and large, comfortable bed. I reserved king bed in room with couch.. room was unexpectedly a mini studio with fully furnished kitchenette, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher etc, bar with 2 bar stools 60-70 inch TV, large bathroom/shower. Will definitely look to stay there again my next trip to Austin!"

"The reception area is small and less welcoming for the size of the hotel. The doors are not automatic. The air perfume used in general inside the property and inside the room are strong. I would consider a less stronger product"
