"Room that was booked was not available. Given a room directly above the loading dock. Woken up every morning at 6:00 by truck unloading and by someone cutting grass or using blower. Hotel is nice, but is certainly outdated and not worth the 700 dollars a night I paid for the room. Parking is also terrible and without enough spaces available for the number of residents unless you want to use valet or take a shuttle."

"Nice view of the beach. It was a LONG walk to our room from the elevators. We definitely got our steps in, since we were on the complete opposite end of the bldg. "The building was run down and needed a lot of updates. It didnt seem very welcoming. The room seemed clean when we first walked in untill you started looking more closely. The couch is DISGUSTING! stains all over it. We had to put sheets on it in order to sit on it. The one bedroom had lamps which both didnt work. Both bathrooms had hair and the whole place was grungy. The owner had lots of rules that they dont disclose BEFORE you rent the room. Parking is 40$ a night. Save your money and go...

"Had a nice little welcome package waiting for us. Perfect location next to the beach yet in a quiet area of town. Everything was as described. Kitchen was decked out in everything you could ever need. We stayed a weekend and only ate out once and only needed to get food, they had everything else. Plenty of pools with a take one leave one float box. Didn't use because we had kids but I really liked that they had a 21+ pool cause the other pools got a little crowded and loud."

"The room appeared clean until we actually started paying attention. The towels were not white they were dirty and dingy and had not only hair in them but 2 towels had dead bugs. The tub was dirty and had a black film around it. There was a stain on the toilet that we ended up cleaning. I did not like the fact that we payed a host fee but was required to leave the place like we found it (empty the trash and take it down to the dumpster etc) check in and check out were easy to follow and the kids...
