TV in old and controls not real intuitive needs updating for both. Being there on a Saturday it was disappointing the restaurant/bar not open until 5PM. "We were allocated a disability room despite being able bodied and booking months ahead. That was not a problem initially as it was just 1 night. When I went to shower we found the shower head was not held by the clamp and very low. It would not stay in shower position. My hubby held it for me so I could shower. The nozzles were spraying sideways so I went to rub the silicon to straighten them but noticed the shower head was covered in a brown substance. It was nasty. I requested to be moved....
