"When we arrived we found out the elevator wasn't working and I suffer from a blood disorder so I hurt and can't walk far. I had no choice to walk up 2 flight of stairs. I was looking forward to the hot tub but the jets wasn't working properly and I was looking forward to getting a good soak"

"Said full breakfast was available. Small buffet with paper plates and plastic silverware. Had to ask for milk and ketchup and napkins. No towels were in room. Not impressed."

"Breakfast was excellent and staff were helpful.
Pool room was heated nicely but pool water itself was cold. Bathtub/shower needs grab bar and/or safety strips to prevent falls."
