Fishkill has a quaint town with dining and various shops. The next town over is Beacon which is upscale with many shops to visit. Should note that the Towne Crier is there with various high profile performers that come in to play.

The Beast was superb for BBQ. So I'm many different and unusual options. Fishkill Creamery has very good ice cream and plenty of seating outside.

This location is perfect for what we needed, restaurants and grocery stores near by. Beacon just 5 minutes away was a very nice place to visit with great restaurants.

Really nice area near the interstate with several restaurants options and a Walmart nearby. Drive through the neighborhood a bit and was really impressed. Ritzy area not far from the hotel

Fishkill was fine. Area could use some sit down dining, not fast food, with a lounge/bar area.
"Great, clean pool, clean rooms, no complaints. One thing to note: there is no elevator to the second floor! So if you have luggage or have walking difficulties or injuries , there’s no way to get on second floor, other than stairs. If hotel is fully booked you also may not have an option to switch to the first level, which is what we had to deal with. Staff helped us with luggage, but there’s no bellman, so that was challenging. Breakfast was also below average, but waffles were good. Need fruit and protein.."
