"Bob the inn keeper was kind welcoming and helpful. The property was immaculate and a great space. A 5 minute drive to downtown. Highly recommend!"

"Very nicely kept and clean property and very clean room. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Only thing I found was, they need new towels. Staff was very nice and courteous and breakfast was good. More like continental breakfast but they also had freshly made waffles you can make yourself. No pool. Right next door to a great Diner I84. All and all rating at least 4.5 stars. Would stay again if necessary."

"Said full breakfast was available. Small buffet with paper plates and plastic silverware. Had to ask for milk and ketchup and napkins. No towels were in room. Not impressed."

"When we arrived we found out the elevator wasn't working and I suffer from a blood disorder so I hurt and can't walk far. I had no choice to walk up 2 flight of stairs. I was looking forward to the hot tub but the jets wasn't working properly and I was looking forward to getting a good soak"

"Breakfast was excellent and staff were helpful. Pool room was heated nicely but pool water itself was cold. Bathtub/shower needs grab bar and/or safety strips to prevent falls."

"Excellent location. At beginning of the Main Street where all the restaurants and shops are. Parking is usually available on street or municipal lot across the street. There is no elevator at the factory. We had the designer king room. It’s part of Dutches inn and spa so you can use the beautiful rooftop space for glass of wine (BYO) while watching the sunset and mountains. The only negative was the bed. It was too soft like an air matters feel and a chair with a hair dryer in our room. The...

"The property is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants. Room was very clean but the bathroom was underwhelming: with no shower door and water plashing in front of the toilet. The sink was actually in the bedroom, which was annoying as you're always making more noise than you would if it was in the bathroom. With that set up they should do the room everyday, but you actually have to ask. Don't get me wrong, we had a nice stay, but in their prize range, I expect more. The 4th floor...

"The maids on check out day stayed in the hall talk starting like 8:00am waiting for people to leave so I didn’t get to sleep in."

"Really deserves 2.5 stars. Staff was pleasant and professional. Outside and room are a bit run down; but mostly clean. Room had a fridge and microwave but spotty internet and hot water with poor water pressure. Only 1 cup and 1 bar of soap for amenities. Not sure if there were other guests as it seemed most everyone there lived in the rooms, including the strong smell of pot in the morning. Place seemed safe enough though.
