"Upon arrival, it was confusing how to enter the driveway. We quickly cut across traffic but there is a busy sidewalk and busy intersection as soon as you try to enter the property. The front desk person was alone but it was just a short wait to be checked in. She could have been more friendly, welcoming but she wasn't mean. Other staff could have also been more friendly. I guess after a long drive, it would have been nice to be greeted with a warm welcome. Remember your license plate number, you'll need that if you will park there. There is a parking fee of $32 (I think for stay, but we only stayed one night). We parked in lower level of garage thinking it would be easier to get to lobby...nope. Stairs are only option down there; albeit only 3 or 4, but still. Felt safer parking down there though. Room was beautiful - all updated, nice TV, fridge, microwave, USB ports everywhere, clean, nice bathroom, soap/shampoo smelled so good, hair dryer, hot hot water, pretty quiet. Bathroom stays warm/hot with no exhaust fan. Had to pay a $50 deposit along with the parking fee. Super convenient to Amica arena, Federal Hill and lots of other Providence spots. I would stay here again."
