"We stayed here more by accident than design, having to alter our plan to stay with a local relative when we both came down with tenacious colds as soon as we arrived in Rhode Island. Kayla and Matul at the front desk were most accommodating throughout our several "add on" bookings, moving things around so we were able to stay in the same room instead of having to move within the hotel. And Kristen, who manages the daily breakfast offering, is hands-down fantastic. Considerate, responsive, caring, and attentive--with a constant smile. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Front desk staff was great , manager / leadership was AWFUL. There were no towels at the front desk over the Easter holiday weekend. The desk agent was kind and apologized many times. The hot tub and pool area were good and clean the first night but the second night the area was a mess with towels thrown all around and no clean towels to use. Not having clean linens available for a multi night stay is a problem. Do better ! Check in area was beautiful, decent parking. Safe location. Rooms need renovations , orange staining all over curtains and wall. Very strange. Sheets and bathroom was clean thankfully. Would not stay again and would not recommend because the lack of clean towels leading to an inability to shower on a holiday weekend!"
