"Check in was easy, friendly and efficient staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Ample self parking, close to airport, highway and restaurants."

"The toilet was too low, not ADA compliant."

"Comically close to the airport parking but we didn’t hear any planes. The room was clean and spacious. Staff was extremely friendly. Coffee and cookies every night. Iron Works restaurant attached to the hotel is a bonus. The breakfast at the hotel left a little to be desired but wouldn’t complain if it was free. "We booked our Hotel through Expedia 2 months in advance and yet when we got there to check in, and it was very late, our room was not available. They put us in a room with 2 single beds rather than the King size that we booked. The only room that they had left was the handicapped room which was an inconvenience for us. "The place was a bit run down. Rooms were ok but sink leaked drawers did not close: day 2 not enough towels"

"All was fine. Little noisy at night."

"After checking in and going to the room we noticed the TV was not in working order. When we called the desk we were told “oh yea.. so… there is an issue with the TV service in almost all rooms and nothing I can do to help you” we were told to speak to the manager in the morning to get what we were promised a $25 credit to be told they could not. Buyer beware !! We should have been told this prior to even giving my card to complete the process"

"The room was alittle dirty, the floors were dirty. And the shower floor is blackened with dirt. The ceiling in the bathroom had some black spots on it I stayed in Room 311. Although it had a Good view of the parking lot. I liked the automatic curtains. The only thing that would have been nice when getting breakfast if they would do a better job cleaning the tables from the previous people who had eaten there. And it would have been nice to have the Room card to put on the door so housekeeping...
