"This was an unusually poor hotel. It started with the front desk staff that couldn't have been more unwelcoming. We aren't particular about having room service clean the room, but the desk said they would. They didn't. Different desk staff said they would after three nights. They didn't. Finally, after four nights they cleaned the room. On each of the previous nights, I would have to talk to the unwelcoming front desk and respectfully ask for fresh towels and more coffee. "The Toilets were way to LOW for us to use comfortably! And we are 72 years old. Anyone who has a bad back or joint problems will definitely have problems getting down to the seat and real problems getting back up! We never thought we would have to check the size of the toilets before we book our rooms but I will do so now!"

"The front desk staff were AMAZING. However, I was there for 8 nights. Three times I had to take dirty towels to the front desk to request clean ones. Our room was actually "cleaned" two times. One of those times they left the dirty towels in the room. Everyday I asked the front desk staff to address this and I truly believe they did their best. However whoever is in charge of the cleaning staff needs to be made aware of these issues."
