"The front desk attendant was really pleasant and gave us a great Chinese Restaurant recommendation. He was very sweet and I did not get his name, but he was very welcoming and friendly. He definitely is great at his job! I would like to thank him so much! Please let him know that the Chinese food was amazing! And we will definitely stay again soon! The room was very clean and the perfect temperature. We absolutely enjoyed our stay."

"The room never got vacuumed. The shower poured water on the whole bathroom floor, I had to dry the floors with towels regularly. I paid for a two queen sized beds and one double sofa bed, didn't get that either. Since I didn't get the sofa bed two of my friends left and had to make other arrangements. "The staff member who checked me in during the evening (approximately between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM) was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name, but she made an excellent first impression. She was welcoming, professional, hospitable, and genuinely seemed eager to assist with anything needed.
