"Room was comfortable even though I had the compact room. Totally adequate. .Toilet rim was a little dirty but likely a small miss by cleaning staff. Small shower stall but great shower! Very convenient location. Had parking which is a great feature given its very central location. Great bar too. Would stay again."

"Whisky vaults has a great bar with live music, if we hadn’t been staying we would have missed a really good night. Room was clean with a comfy bed although the bathroom was very compact with very little room to manoeuvre. We had booked room only but were given a breakfast bag at check-in which was an unexpected surprise."

"Stayed in single room..very small but bed very comfortable. Could do with curtains in room as blind very light or make sure bring eye mask and ear plugs needed ..very noisy from adjacent rooms. "

"The property is beautifully decorated, carpetedand furnished, could not be better. The towels, the bathroom all exceptional. The extras such as coffee machine (not that I like all that pod stuff) but fresh milk and chilled water in the mini fridge, all great."

"The elevator was out which was unfortunate due to having to lug our luggage up multiple flights of stairs. The room also looked nothing like the photos. Our linens were clean, but the room left much to be desired. It’s an old building, but the lack of maintenance and upkeep, it was not the best by any means. "

"The Isle of Mull Hotel is superb. Everything was perfect - staff, rooms, restaurant, bar and spa. We particulary enjoyed walking along the fairy glen to and from Craignure. We also appreciated the pick-up to/from the ferry, as we were travelling without a car."

"The view out the front window of the hotel is beautiful. The food was ok.. not amazing. I ordered the risotto and it was terrible. We ended up walking to a nearby restaurant for drinks and their restaurant was booked and had more options. Jay the manager was super friendly and the room was comfortable and the bathrooms newly renovated and clean."

"Great accommodation. The hosts has put a lot of effort and thought into there bedrooms to ensure you have a great stay. Only down side is the walk up the step hill from the front. But it is only a short walk. But the view is stunning."
