"rooms clean, good location, good price quality ratio but if one single thing can be changed and creat a big impact is your coffee!!! your coffee is really one of the worst coffee of all hotels i stayed ever. if you change that you will get much much better customer retention."

"One night stay before we drove to rapid city, it was pretty clean. Front desk staff was great, room was clean. Bathroom was fine, but the exhaust vent was covered in dust and dirt. For the price it was a good choice."

"This place is an overpriced dump. Smells horrible in the rooms and lobby. We were traveling cross country and this was the only hotel in town with rooms due to a national softball tournament in Bismarck. I would sleep in my car rather than stay here again."
