"Location is good to see the aurora borealis unfortunately it was raining that night that we stayed overnight so got no chance to see it. I love the country vibe and the good view of the 2 or 3 glacier tongue. Everything was good except for our bathroom tiles which is slightly elevated from the others."

"We stayed in 2nd floor of bldg 5. Room was good but it good have been better if there’s an elevator so we need not to drag up our luggages. It’s free parking. There’s also a restaurant inside the hotel in case you don’t want to go out or if you want an early breakfast before going on the road again."

"We rented one of the rooms with a private bathroom and it was lovely. This room came with an entry pass to see the Vestrahorn and area. Breakfast was included and was plentiful and good. Very clean and comfortable rooms."

"This place was ok for a one-night stay, but felt pretty cheap for a hotel that actually wasn’t that cheap. We got a room with a private bathroom and ate at their restaurant area since they have no shared kitchen space. The food wasn't good at all, but the staff was extremely friendly and let many people order food even though the kitchen was supposed to close. We decided not to stick around for breakfast since the dinner food was so mediocre, so I couldn’t comment on if it's worth the extra...

"Nice hotel that was conveniently located to a couple activities I was doing. The three hot tubs and sauna directly tied to the cold water lagoon are fantastic. The problem with this hotel as I found that the front desk staff were patiently disinterested when I arrived. With the largest issue is that there is nowhere else to eat in the vicinity and the hotel charges exorbitant amount for drinks and meals. We had the tasting menu and together with 2 glasses of wine the price tag was near 400...
