There was hole in the wall in my room and the door wouldnt lock and stay still.you could jiggle the door by pulling on it

The bathroom was dirty, the faucet rusty, the toilet paper holder was dirty and rusty, there was mold in the corners of the floor and tub, there was no hanging rod, the bath ceiling had been repaired half way and painted over, the smoke alarm was missing, the entrance door jam had been broken and had a temporary "fix", a light fixture over a bed was only one-half installed creating a dangerous condition. Daily room service was poor. The property was old, unkempt and needed repairs, updating and painting. I would never stay there again. John M. Barr

This was a good motel for the bargain. The location was fantastic, close to restaurants, shopping and the beach just steps away. The beach here is quiet and dog friendly. We had an ocean view from our room and our small patio. They also have a nice pool. The manager explained that they are renovating the motel which is needed and our room could have been cleaner. Overall, you couldn't beat an ocean view for the price and I would stay there again

If you are looking for a fancy five star hotel do not stay here, this hotel is a good hotel though never had any issues here. I have stayed here multiple times and I will continue to stay here.

I was in room 201 The room over looked the ocean!! It was by far the best room in the faculty at the end of the top floor— I was old and needs some renovation - as the cabinet in the bathroom was broken. It was a very old hotel - my patron view was amazing but the breakfast place in the hotel was amazing - great food - good atmosphere I would stay here again

The staff could not have been more friendly! The restaurant on the property is fabulous! Very quaint and made you feel right at home with 5-star cuisine!!!

Room was filthy. Shower had not been cleaned. Multiple used soap bars in the shower. There was 14 bullet holes leading from inside of room. None of the holes were patched and the door had 7 holes in it alone with obvious signs of forced entry. Deadbolt didn't work either. When brought to attention the office staff acted like they knew nothing about it. Definitely won't return. Worst hotel we've ever stayed in.

This property is old and rundown. The deadbolt on the door did not work. Everything is aging, there was a rusted wall lamp on the wall by the bed.

Very disappointed there was crumbs on my bed. There were roaches in in my room the front guy was very disrespectful. The only thing they have going for them is to wake up to the sunrise.

This was filthy. There with were people doing hard drugs in the paring lot and courtyard, dirty laundry tossed over railings and patios furishings. We did not stay here, and are having to fight with Experida and the CC company to get a refund. AVOID THIS DIVE

The property was dirty, the pool had been closed off, advertised a restaurant but there was no restaurant available. The pictures on the website did not match what the room was! There was no mirror in the bathroom or toilet paper holder. The toilet paper was on the back of the toilet. There was barely room to walk around the bed. The bed was terribly hard. The room did not justify $148. We will not stay there again.

Room was nasty,carpet had stains and turned my feet black, black mold in the shower floor,peeling wallpaper,no blinds on the windows, when I checked in they charged my credit card an extra 100.00 for a "room upgrade" which was way worse than the other rooms, I wanted to leave and they told me "no refunds", and every other guest I talked to had problems with the people in the office....the health department needs to pay them a visit....

Right on the Ocean. Food was good.But the room was differently way under rated. Tv had no remote and my wife was told he's legs were tired of walki. Had to go to the store and buy sprayand cleaning Room smells like piss

Overall very poorly maintained - windows broken on property and taped with blue painters tape, room door did not close all the way, sheets on bed are thin and basically useless, mirror missing from bathroom. Room was barely big enough to fit one queen bed. Room felt creepy and trashy.

Room floor was gross (felt like grease). Outside needed paint. Door was ugly and didn't even shut all the way. TV internet was awful. Hair dryer didn't work. Only 3 pillows for a king bed and they where all flat. Bed was hard. Sheet on bed was on outside and rough blanket was underneath. Had to switch them. Several outlets didn't work. No place to plug in microwave unless you carried it over to the table, Light on wall by bed looked like it was going to fall off the wall. Had to use my phone to call to get someone to come and check us in. Only good thing: hot water

Bathroom needs Reno, dirty doors,holes in bed sheets, taps full of rust, no blankets, bathroom had floor tiles missing. , wall plugs didn’t work. Discusting.
