This is my go to place when I need to get away from the everyday BS. Very quiet property and I always feel safe. If you like the night life, nature walks, hiking or a little shopping, it's all just a few minutes away. hiking is close as well

Room was pretty outdated, there were some cords hanging from the phones. Bathroom wasn’t nicest but I also did pay a low price for the night so I wasn’t upset. You get what you pay for. The staff was pretty friendly and there was enough parking. Pretty close to some breweries and food options.

Cheap and got it done

Super friendly staff and great location. Room was clean and good for a motel. But the bed was like a military barrack bed, and the two pillows provided were toddler bed size and flat. We ran to Walmart and bought some cheap pillows for the stay. Walls are pretty thin too. I could hear the neighbors full conversations.

Clean simple stay

This place is a pet friendly budget hotel with clean rooms, nice showers, and AC that works well and is within your control. It is between east and west Flagstaff and right off the busy Route 66 but AC blocks out the road noise mostly. Generally well maintained and from what I could tell had law abiding guests.

This is a budget stay, certainly not top shelf. We appreciated the level of cleanliness and condition of property for this price. If your expecting more than an older, conveniently located property that has been updated to some degree. You wont find it here. That said, we would definitely stay here again. Note that there was a deposit collected at check in. It was returned within 2 days of check out.

Quaint little room just big enough for two people. All amenities are here..fridge, microwave, coffee pot, mounted large flat screen tv, large closet, plenty of wall plugs. Bathroom is very small (can barely move in it) has shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion all are mounted on walls with pumps and full. Bathroom does need BIGGER THICKER towels , its like trying to dry off with a wash rag as thick as tissue. Above all..nice little room if you just want to sleep and relax from the road.

Large room with miniscule bath. Room recently remodeled but they forgot to do the bath. No soap in shower receptacle. Coffee maker didn't work. Even if it did work, there was only enough coffee for one person. No ice. Almost a good buy for the price, but for a few details.

At first glance it doesnt seem anything more than a dingy motel with unsavory long term tenants. However, i have staid in ritzy hotels and was less comfortable than this motel. You have a dining room, a fridge double the size of a hotel, a walk in closet, and large bathroom. Granted no decor matched in the slightest. But the linens and towels were the freshest of clean. They smelled steaight out of the dryer with a lovely scent. So you KNOW they are actually stripped and washed every single time unlike hotels who just recycle them if they can get away with it. I slept like an absolute baby here compared to fancy hotels. I guess you cant judge a book by its cover

My room I stayed in 104 was not very clean I brought my own bedding and disinfectant products because I just don’t trust hotels but when I came into the room the walls were dirty around the doorways the doorknobs when I wiped them down turned the Lysol wipe black the bathroom walls were not clean there were some droplet stains the bedding had strange stains so I removed the bedding sprayed disinfectant all over the bed and took off the pillows cause they were dirty and put my own bedding and pillows on the bed granted I was only staying one night so it wasn’t a big deal but had I known it was going to be this dirty I would have been discussing it with the property staff but the hotel was quite and in a convenient location so I out weighted that with the cons
