We loved our stay at Bell Rock, the front of house staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had a small balcony. The kids loved the outdoor pool and spa and both were warm in December! Other highlights included the proximity to Bell Rock and other great hikes, stargazing, gas outdoor fireplaces to enjoy and having restaurants a short walk or free golf buggy ride away.

The hotel was lovely, and the room was a great size. It had a living room/kitchenette area and a separate bedroom area. My two complaints are 1) nowhere was it mentioned that their spa was closed for construction (the main reason we chose this resort was for the spa) adn 2) there was no mention of AC work being conducted. Woke up to a large crane lifting equipment to the roof right outside my window in addition to the text received the evening before that they will be entering my room to check the smoke detectors.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel . The suite is big and comfortable with fire pit outside the room and fire place inside. The kids get to do shoots and we used the outdoor jacuzzi at late night really enjoyed this place and recommend hundred percent to come back to Christmas. It was difficult to get dinner reservation at the restaurant in the town. The receptionist was really nice and offered us free breakfast. Thank you so much.

Overall I think the property is average and offers a lot of false advertising. The pictures do not quite give you the real thing. The pool area needs a lot of love and is significantly smaller in person. Shadowland Bar was ok - and again the outside area is small and underwhelming. Our room was a good size and clean. Liked the fireplace. Balcony is very small with rusted furniture. The Starbucks coffee bar sounded good, but a scone was 10 bucks. The resort also made no note of renovations taking place…so our “mountain view” balcony consisted of a construction site complete with bulldozers and jackhammers. Had no other rooms available. Overpriced for what we had. I am certain there are other properties in Sedona that would be a better bang for your buck. Disappointed for we paid.

Stayed for 2 nights and took a one bedroom suite. The room was not cleaned despite us informing the front desk few times which is not expected from premier Hilton properties. The dinner at hotel restaurant was disappointng. The cesar salad was just cut lettuce with cold chicken strips. The catch of the day was salmon on premuim price was below average to a local dinner joint in neighborhood. The location of property is good with easy access to hiking trails, golf course and other eating places.

The Hilton in Sedona was excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating in helping my family organize and gear up for a number of adventures. The hotel was clean and spacious and the pool + hot tub were great for the end of the day.
