"To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was...

"Most of the hotel staff was amazing. The elevator was down 3/6 days I was there. We lost power for 7 hours. They said due to the energy company but I think it’s because the are renovating some of the rooms. There was no compensation given. Also being an Expedia silver member it said 1 free spa service. I thought I’d be able to choose in that price range however nope just a massage. The hotel refused to give me anything else. I requested a cake be delivered for my wife’s birthday and they forgot....
