"A hidden Gem! Super friendly staff, room was spotless and very spacious, initially we thought we may be disturbed by the busy pub but were pleasntly surprised how quiet it was, definitely adding this one to my favourites!"

No one on site over night and no contact number given ICE. No one on site in the morning to check out and nowhere to leave key. just left in room . sash Windows in room do not stay open had to use a cup to hold it up. no fan or aircon. TV had splashes all over screen. Bathroom dirty. Glasses had dirty rim...

"Check in - quick and efficient. Room - great space, tastefully furnished, great size bathroom with excellent shower. Breakfast - fantastic choice, cooked to perfection. Pub - great pub which was busy, with a spacious beer garden Staff - everybody was friendly and accommodating. The guy managing breakfast was really good and welcoming. "Nice property overall, location can’t be beat, walkable to Windsor and Eton and the river. No hot water the first day, difficult to get a hold of staff as there is no overnight staffing. Emergency and contact numbers were out of date, manager didn’t pick up her mobile phone because they didn’t recognise the number calling, which we thought was odd. Water issue was remedied. No compensation offered. Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Didn’t hear any noise from street or from restaurant....

"Lovely room and amazing shower. A few things that would improve overall visit- the green emergency light above the bedroom door casts light into the room all night and really impacts sleep for people who need a dark room? It was rather like having a nightlight you could not switch off. Would also be nice to have more than one towel and a mirror in the bedroom to dry hair. Comfortable bed but I didn’t sleep well due to the light issue unfortunately "

"We stayed here for two nights while attending a service at the church. The owners are charming and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was adequate for the two nights, we found it difficult to maintain the heat balance in the room and it was fairly chilly in the pub , the good food and atmosphere made up for this. "Excellent location for visits to Windsor, Eaton and Slough town centre. Entire booking and check-in experience was seamless. Apartment is very accessible and secure with digital locks at the gate and front door. Overall I’d recommended staying here, but the only negative was the beds. The mattresses were as hard as a rock and pillows were poor quality"
