"This hotel needs the maintance done more efficient the first room had the ac heat panel off and on the floor . The next room the bathroom fan had been replace but they failed to paint the ceiling around it ,showing water spots and rust on the cross member . The tv wouldn’t connect to the internet until the last night . It didn’t bother me but I do like to see the news .. overall if it were not for those couple of things , it was very pleasant .my son and I had a comfortable nights sleep. That’s what we needed ,clean and comfortable . One more thing . The front desk were very pleat and friendly . Over all I would stay there again . The price we paid reflects what you would expect"

"Hotels.com claims that it provides the total price when you book, but this Red Roof Inn charged an additional "nonrefundable" $1.50 fee at check-in. The property was in mediocre condition, there were no bath towels in the room, the lighting in the room was low, and at first there was no one at the front desk at check-in (which is both an inconvenience and a security risk). Plus there were a bunch of silly rules recited at check-in such as "keep your room key away from your car keys and your cell phone." I didn't know that Red Roof Inn had fallen so low."

"The first room i was given, both beds base had rods sticking out. The dresser handles were so sticky and grimy. The room also looked like it hasn’t been dusted and a while. We had to wipe everything down. Not to mention the room smelled of weed. To top it all off, after the first day i then realized that you could just open the room door without a key card….i had to get a new room and move all my family’s stuff, repack and unpack. The second room i was in was better but not really, the sheets had stains on them. And the curtains had what looked to be chocolate stains. It was awful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Management needs to do better."

"This Holiday Inn Express is very nice. It is conveniently located on the outskirts of Hinesville, GA. Our room was clean and spacious and the shower hot. We slept well and were there for a one night stay. Our room faced the highway so the traffic was very noisy, but we made the best of it. The breakfast was very good with a variety of options. The breakfast hostess, Dairy, was very hospitable. I would stay there again."
