"We reserved a room, but somehow by the time we arrived to the hotel, it was 110% capacity the day of our reservation. We were able to get a 1 Bed Queen room, but we reserved a 2 Bed Queen. Room smelled of cigarettes and urine."

"I stayed at this property for 7 days .I asked for my room to be clean each day. never was clean the whole time I was there..plus the shower door fell while I was taking a shower . I injury my right shoulder after trying to move it. They did nothing to compensate me. I want my full refund back . This is the worst property to stay at"

"The Peen Steoud was a great location a we were in the area to attend a wedding. The rooms were clean. Please. Do not get a room with a city view. This is a college and the noise outside kept me awake most of the night. Between the sounds of drag racing on the street and loud partying young people, I could not sleep. I did not take part of the breakfast, so I cannot comment."
