It's at the heart of the city with clean rooms and facilities. The only thing that bothered me were the loud music from the Hardrock cafe during the early evening time. Other than that the hotel was amazing.

You Don’t Always Get What You Pay For
This hotel is RAGEDY. We had no hot water for two days. My father has mobility issues and the design of the shower made it impossible to shower during our stay. The photos online don’t come close to what you’re really getting. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. For $250 a night there are far better options elsewhere. Buyer Beware

Por desgracia tuvimos un problema en su habitación con el aire acondicionado... pero rápidamente lo solventamos con un cambio de habitación! Hay veces que las maquinas se rompen y no siempre es fácil de prever. Por suerte, ahora tenemos todos los aires funcionantes y si uno lo desea, puede sentirse como en el Polo Norte en su habitación! Apart from the first 10 steps , this boutique hotel was right at the city center the plaza With the restaurants and meeey go around, famous brands all around too , next to Hard Rock Cafe aaa easy to find and just around 8€ by taxi to station , the staff were super polite and helpful , both the lady and the gentlemen working in the office !! Was really nice area too with the chocolate ctossiant and coffee in the morning !! Room linen were clean the bathroom shower gel was a bit too strong of an aroma for us , but it was a clean bathroom so that’s the most important . Thankyou for everything .

Fantastic location, great stay.
Fantastic place to stay, location is fantastic and within walking distance to everything. Lots of eateries very close by, very comfortable bed, shower pressure great. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming will do anything to assist.

Great hotel!
The Be-One was a fabulous quaint little hotel. Its appears to have been recently upgraded/ renovated and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. My family and I were upgraded to the penthouse which encompassed the entire floor which was great. The hotel dosen't have a restaurant on site, however it is situated on a small square with a great cafe across the street for breakfast an coffee. Its locaed adjacent to the Hard Rock Cafe, that had a good bar and live music, and there was a nice restaurant with a string quartet in the plaza across the way for a quieter option for a late night dinner and entertainment. Great location in the center of town, and Laura (concierge/receptionist) was super nice and helpful with her dinner recommendations and help with reservations. Only negative is that you need to climb a small flight of stairs in order to access the hotel elevator. Great property and would stay there again!

Lovely, Quiet Hotel in the Heart of Florence
This hotel was one of my favorites that I stayed at during our 2 week trip through Italy. Wonderful service, lovely & simple breakfast (croissants and espresso), and great room. Good A/C, quiet room, and very conveniently located. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Ps. If you can't do stairs, this place is not for you--you have to clime 10-15 stairs to the first floor to access the elevator.

Noise pollution.
The hotel sits on top of the Hard Rock Cafe. Bring you ear plugs if you want sleep before 11 PM, and make sure you are sensitive to wall and floor vibrations that can be detected on the Richter scale. Otherwise, it is nice boutique hotel which captures the charm of Italy and is close enough to all major plazas so that you can walk and enjoy the sites.

Boa localização, perto do centro, muito perto da estação de metrô. Comércio perto do local. Não é hotel, um prédio comercial que tem no primeiro andar tem alguns quartos. Lobão pequeno mas o quarto e bem confortável. Para estadia de poucos dias recomendo. Não tem estrutura, somente entrar e dormir.

Só a localização salva
A localização desse hotel é a melhor qualidade, mas somente essa. Eles se esforçam para ser um hotel acima de 4 estrelas mas falta muito para isso: cama extremamente molenga e desconfortável, travesseiros super baixos e o hotel não tem uma segunda opção para oferecer e o café da manhã é mega desconfortável.

Hormis la gentillesse du personnel tout le reste est très décevant. Pour commencer il n'est précisé nulle part qu'il y a un étage à monter à pied pour prendre l'ascenseur qui vous emmènera au 3è étage (cela peut être un problème). La chambre petite pourtant k'avais réservé une chambre supérieure, la télé qui ne marchait pas et de travers, ils sont venus la réparer. Le petit frigo qui chauffait et ne refroidissez rien. as de bouilloire ou cafetière alors que cela est noté dans votre descriptif. A l'accueil on m'a expliqué qu'actuellement il n'y en avait pas et je pouvais demander de l'eau ou café quand le voulais. Problème l'accueil ferme à 22h au plus tard et après il n'y a personne. Quand au petit dej soit disant extraordinaire très quelconque une seule personne pour préparer et servir. La salle sans lumière du jour. Un buffet serait plus efficace obligée de remplir un papier tous les jours pour demander ce que vous voulez au petit dej et attendre longtemps pour être servis. Au final rapport qualité prix très mauvais. Très très cher pour ce que c'est.

Perfect location ! Great and new !
Right on the attractions spot! ! 1 minute wall from everything! Perfect service by the gentlemen at the reception. He took 30 minutes to tell us all the tricks about the city and visits. The was big and clean. Everything was brand new. There is always rooms for improvement. I would say that the breakfast could be improved. No menu and there was only 1 person cooking, serving, cleaning the table... 2 employees would be required to manage the breakfast.

A great hotel
My partner and I stayed here for four nights in mid September 2017. The staff were very accommodating, the breakfast was amazing and the rooms were clean. The hotel's location was also excellent. Right in the heart of Florence, all the main attractions are within walking distance. If you want to visit Florence and would like to stay in a fantastic city centre hotel then I highly recommend this.

Luxury, comfort, and class close to everything!
Incredible hotel that is close to everything in Florence and also has fantastic staff! We felt welcome at the hotel from the first moment we arrived. The staff offered suggestions for restaurants as well as local sights, and they even made reservations for us! The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff was very attentive to our needs. We loved our stay at BeOne and will return again!!! Thank you very much for everything!

Excelente Hotel
Hotel pequeno (com só 8 quartos), no terceiro andar de um prédio residencial, mas bastante acolhedor. O recepcionista foi bastante atencioso, nos deu dicas sobre a cidade, onde visitar, informações que somente os locais sabem, muito bacana. Café da manhã muito bom, o atendente vem a sua mesa e pergunta o que você quer, e traz tudo para você, fazendo tudo na hora, fresquinho (só complica um pouco se você estiver com pressa, pois demora muito mais do que se servir sozinho :-) ). Informação importante: dois andares abaixo fica o Hard Rock Café, no mesmo prédio. Em dias normais, sem problemas; mas se tiver show em algum dia, faz bastante barulho e atrapalha para dormir.

Hotel top em localização e conforto!!!
Tivemos uma ótima experiência com esse hotel. Recebemos um upgrade de quarto e ficamos em um quarto excelente em termos de tamanho e conforto. O café da manhã era bom também e o atendimento da recepção foi ótimo. Muito solicito e sempre disposto a ajudar!!! Excelente estadia!!

Hotel con stanze moderne in pieno centro
Hotel in pieno centro , ottimo servizio di Reception gestito da Sig.na Ilaria , location moderna che non ha deluso le aspettative. Consigliato vivamente , ci ritornerò sicuramente .

No hot water most of the time.
I was charged 140 Euros to put bedsheets on the couch for my 10 year old son. Very disapointing.

Not a happy stay
We found out two days before arrival that there was no check in from 13:00-15:00. While we had access keys to get in after they closed at 20:30, I do not know if there was any security. And while we had signed up for breakfast as part of our stay and had confirmation proving that, the insinuation was that we were wrong. The only positive was the friendliness of the woman serving breakfast.

Bijou
Sehr hübsches kleines Bijou inmitten der florentiner Altstadt. Super freundliches Personal mit tollen Restauranttips. Da so zentral gelegen, eher lärmig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen wieder :-)
