The apartment was advertised--beautiful architecture, lovely and clean decor, a very well appointed flat in a beautiful and well-maintained building. The renovations were very well done and the property manager is wonderful! There is plenty of closet space, the shower is spacious with great water pressure, and there is A/C if you need it. I wish I had planned a longer stay! I look forward to returning.

It was great spot, nice clean and very comfortable units. However booing it though Expedia was a disaster, no phone number or any other arrangement made and we arrived at the property hoping to have someone help us checking in. Eventually a shop next to the appointment contacted the property management and she kindly came again and provided us with all details. Every thing else after was fantastic.

This was one of the absolute best places we have ever stayed at. The communication was great, and you can’t beat the location. It’s a block away from the Duomo, and right next door to a grocery store. Everything was spacious and clean. I definitely recommend it here!

Fabulous appartment which was light and spacious with everything we needed for three guests for two nights. The apartment is in a central location just minutes away from the cathedral, but is amazingly quiet once inside. The walk to the station is around 15 minutes. There is also a very convenient mini-market nearby. Check-in was easy - Orsi was very helpful in keeping in touch and answering any questions we had, thank you so much for making our trip so enjoyable! ☺️

We had a great stay at Deservi Apartments and would happily stay here again on a future visit to Florence. The biggest highlight is undoubtedly the location. The apartment is just a stone's throw from Florence Cathedral and within easy walking distance of the Statue of David and many of the city's other major attractions. It was so central and easy to find that we rarely needed to use our maps once we had arrived. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived much later than expected, close to midnight. Despite the late hour, a member of staff kindly waited for us for a small additional fee and greeted us with a warm smile. After a long day of travelling, we really appreciated how welcoming and friendly they were, and they made our late check-in completely stress-free. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, newly renovated, and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. Despite being in such a central location, it was surprisingly quiet, making it a perfect place to relax after busy days exploring Florence. Overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a convenient base in Florence. The fantastic location, clean and modern apartment, and genuinely welcoming staff made for a very enjoyable stay. We'd definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Florence.

Really liked this place and would stay again! The property is very clean & updated. The interior design is really nice. The place smells so good as soon as you walk in. I felt safe and right at home. I booked a room with a sofa bed and didn’t realize but the bed was comfortable and cozy. The location is perfect! Right by the cathedral and plenty of restaurants. We didn’t take a taxi once during our 3 day stay. Cons - because the property is a vacation rental there isn’t a receptionist like a traditional hotel. The check in process was a bit chaotic as we had to wait 1 hour for the host to come and check us in. We couldn’t do early check in but they did let us drop off our luggage in the hallway before check in which we appreciated. The host was super nice. I think implementing some kind of self check in process would be great.
