One staff met us at the specified time at the rental property with our booked room, he led us to our room, completed the checkin process, answered our questions about attractions, grocery stores etc, he was very polite and knowledgeable. The apartment was very spacious with high ceilings (probably 10 feet high), full kitchen, red tile floor, very clean. Very quiet. Very close to duomo and other attractions. Highly recommend.

Checking in was difficult. It was hard to find the unit as there is no office. The listing said there was laundry onsite which is not true. They sent us to a public laundromat a ten minute walk away. It cost 15 euros a load and we had to walk through crowds with all our clothes. There is a church very close that rings very loud bells late into the night and very early morning. The room was clean and well stocked with the things you need. WiFi was very weak.

We stayed in two different apartments with Firenze Rentals over the course of 5 days. Our first night was in the Comfort Apartment on the Via di Proconsolo. Check-in was a breeze - we were met at the front door by a member of the team who took us to the apartment, showed us everything and even gave us recommendations for dinner and gelato. The apartment was clean and well designed - our kids loved going upstairs and looking out over the rest of the apartment - and the neighborhood is perfect. After one night, we shifted to the Deluxe Apartment on the Via di Corso 5 (totally planned). First, we checked out at 10am, expecting to have to leave our luggage and check in later - we were surprised and delighted that Firenze Rentals had expedited cleaning the apartment and was ready for us. Amazing customer care and allowed us to get settled into the apartment while still enjoying a full day in Florence The Deluxe Apartment was amazing! Tons of space to spread out - our kids got their own beds in the living room - and another great location - steps to the Piazza Republica and the Duomo. The only minor negative was that the area does get really loud at night - there are some bars and clubs in the neighborhood, and given we were there during spring break, we heard people yelling until about 2 or 3am. Overall, our family loved our experience in Florence and with Firenze Rentals. We would gladly stay with Firenze Rentals again and would highly recommend!

I recommend this apartment 100%. It is modern and very clean, centrally located, and well-equipped with everything you need. I would stay here again without hesitation.

위치는 좋았지만 주방과 화장실 시설이 좋진 않았다. 가장 중요한건 안마당으로 나있는 방 창문에 블라인드가 고장나서 밖에서 방이 보였고 주방쪽 작은 창문은 잠기지 않았다. 아이들 데리고 간입장에서 불안했다. 시설을 고치지않는다면 안전을 중요시하는 분들ㅇㄷㄴ 고려해야 할 사항인듯.

Very nice and helpful staff. Roomy space and very clean. Great, walkable area. The windows in our room unfortunately didn't block out any sound outside and it was hard to fall asleep.

I booked a 4 night stay thru hotels.com. I didn’t realize it was set up like a BnB. Unfortunately, the experience was unsafe and distressing. A local resident in the building repeatedly screamed at us and other guests without provocation. This happened multiple times daily — as early as 7:30 a.m. and as late as 10 p.m. — at least 30mins each time.

Location was great, a 7 minute walk from the Duomo & opposite direction of the big crowds. The apartment was a perfect size for me & my daughter- the bathroom/shower was a great size & not too small as some bathrooms are in Italy. The apartment is set back from the street, you walk through a front building, a courtyard, then into the apartment section. We felt safe & enjoyed our privacy. There is even a shared washer/dryer unit down the hall. Conveniently, there is a supermarket just across the street from us to get water and some food to keep in the fridge & cook. Walkable to ponte vecchio, about 15 minutes, and tons of shopping places & eateries. Would love to stay here again!

This an apartment not a hotel so keep that in mind. Also the location of the apartment is not the location provided in the description so we had to walk an additional 10 minutes after checking in at the office which was not ideal with all of our luggage. However, the apartment was nice and located in a great location near the Ponte Vecchio bridge.

Our room was clean, tidy, and showcased some beautiful touches that was Florence! The staff member that showed us up to our room was helpful & friendly ( staff not on site so you need to arrange a time for check in ) The room was equipped with a kitchen & had access to a laundry which i loved. The parts i didn’t love were that address given was their office address so arrived there ( not sure why I wasn’t given the room address in my documentation ) and then had to walk heavy bags across the city to our room, also you have to walk through a cafe courtyard to get in and out of your room which I felt was a little awkward each morning/afternoon.

Disappointed

Location was excellent. Very close to restaurants and main attractions. Very noisy at night especially because our wooden shutters wouldn’t close completely to help with street noise. Initially booking was misleading as it showed an outside patio/balcony and our room provided neither. Bed was in a loft area with no night light provided to see your way to the bathroom at night. Overall disappointing

We stayed in the Classic 2 bed ground floor apartment on Via Camillo Cavour, on arrival we were a little concerned as the address we had appeared to be a school or business centre. However, at the agreed time a gent appeared through some ornate metal and glass doors at the end of the marble corridor and greeted us. He showed us through a courtyard dining area (part of the neighbouring café) and to our apartment which was spacious and clean.
