Staff was friendly and the hotel is in good condition. The rooms are a bit old but very clean and they still look great. The hotel is a bit far from the city center but the transit is not bad. About 10-15min from the city center. Overall a good hotel.

Okay but would not stay here again

The hotel needs maintenance, the tub was clogged, the bathroom glass was broken causing water to leak. The front desk staff were not as friendly as in other hotels we stayed at in Italy (mainly IHG hotels). The breakfast was good and the breakfast attendants were very nice and friendly.

Room was very nice and modern. PROS: Bed was very comfortable. Very walkable to excellent restaurants. Quiet area. Parking was easy and convenient. Staff was friendly. CONS: Shower could have been cleaner and it did not drain well. Hurt my leg on the bed, which had a leather surround which jutted out from the mattress.
