This is NOT a 4 start Hotel, it is far from it. The rooms are pretty rundown, the nightstands were falling a part, the shower door was extreme difficult to close, bedding was old and towels didnt smell good. The cherry on top was the broken AC which made very uncomfortable to sleep at night. Again, if this was marked and priced as 1-2start hotel i would understand. However, when you make a point to call it a 4 start there are expectations to be met and this place fails in every aspects of it. The only good thing is the location and the buffet staff was super nice. Front desk.was not very helpful to when we left either. Overall, i would never step a foot on this place.

Overall pleasant stay
Overall the stay is nice and pleasant as the staffs are very helpful and friendly. The down side is it is near to the streets so it can be noisy at night. The toilet flush sometimes does not work well due to water pressure.

We loved our stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend staying here. Only 3 minutes walk from the Santa Maria Novella Station. The hotel room was super clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. Salam was very kind and attentive.

Enjoyed our stay here. Our room was facing the plaza, therefore, it was noisy at night. Other than the noise, our visit was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not recommended at all. The room was super small in a way that you could not walk. The toilet siphon was not working properly and we had to push it several times and hold it to flash. The windows were single pane on a super busy area. We couldn't sleep at nights. The elevator smelled nasty. Shower was super dirty. When told the receptionist, they just said sorry. Horrible experience.

Guest did not show in hotel.He asked a free cancellation just one day before coming.Fraudolent guest and fraudolent booking.

Hotel not marked and hard to find. Bathroom was broken and flooded and they did not fix it even though they knew it prior to our arrival. It was noisy since it was next to the plaza where people sing and play loud music. The staff is very nice. The location is excellent.

Dear Customer,The Hotel is in Piazza Santa Maria Novella, one of the most famous squares in the world.The noises he says refer to people walking in the square.The bathroom I don't know what problems it had.

The hotel is old, the AC doesn’t work. The drain for the shower is very very slow. It’s not safe to get in the shower/tub. The tub is higher than usual, there is no handle to hold. The area is in convenience in the center of the city and is very close to the train station.

The hotel is not on the newer side which is understandable. The A/C was our only issue there because it was hot and it didn't seem to work. the staff was super nice. you can leave your key up front so you don't have to carry it or worry about losing it. Its also really close to the train station and several methods of transportation

Beautiful hotel in the center
Great location, in the very center of Florence, room very large and very good service. Breakfast was ok, mix italian and international. Perfect for a stay in the city

The property is at a great location. It’s just a little old. The room we were given was awful. Bed was so bad we literally felt every bed spring. The smell was so awful it made our heads hurt. I asked if we could possibly move and was told yes for an additional $50 Euros a night. But what really made me mad was the fact the front desk guy said he knows & gets a lot of complaints of the smell for that room.

역에서 지하보도로 직진해서 도보 5분 이내에 위치. 산타마리아 누오벨라 성당을 낀 아주 훌륭한 위치입니다. 숙박비에 무료제공된 식사는 컨티넨탈식으로 비록 식당이 작지만 깔끔했습니다. 프론트도 아주 친절했습니다.

Hotel con discreto confort, personale gentile e disponibile, colazione ottima e pulizia sia dell'Hotel che della camera molto buona. Unica eccezione per la camera che essendo situata propio sopra la piazza e sopra una via di notevole afflusso in quanto diretta via dalla stazione di SMN, per cui molto baccano e non avendo serramenti moderni il rumore era fastidioso impedendo non solo di riposare ma anche di dormire.

サンタマリアノベッラ駅から徒歩3分、トラムの乗り場へ1分、とても便利な立地。事前に電話して頼んでおいたのでチェックイン前にスーツケースを預かってくれました。ロビーや室内はクラシックな高級家具、その分浴室など設備が古い。朝ごはんはごく普通、ただ、サービスしてくれたおばさんがちょっと⁇？という感じだったのが残念だけど〜

駅から徒歩圏内のホテル
駅から徒歩圏内の立地がとてもいいホテルでした。観光地にも近く、周辺の治安も良かったように感じます。また、フロントの方も親切でした。ただ、朝食付きプランを予約したはずなのですが、現地では朝食付きで予約できていなかったそうで、朝食はプラスで代金がかかると言われました。朝が早かったこともあり、結局ホテルで朝食を取ることはありませんでした。ホテル側のミスかサイト側のミスかは分かりません。

トラム駅近お勧めホテル
今回こちらのホテルを選んだポイントは1、ツインで予約できる、2、駅近、3、朝食の時間が早いことです。サンタマリアノヴェッラ広場に面しているので朝晩にぎやかです。新しく開通したトラムの駅から本当にすぐです。朝食は7時15分～10時でした。美術館等朝一の予約でも朝食を取ってから行けてよかったです。内容はごく普通です。毎日の清掃のきちんとされてましたしWiFiの接続もストレスなくお勧めできるホテルでした。

This property was centrally located to all we wanted to see and do. It was small with a great breakfast. It was quiet, easy to get to from the train. We enjoyed this hotel

Great location
Hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance to the station and the Dome. It was extremely hot but the aircon worked well. The concierge recommended some great restaurants for dinner!

駅から近くスーツケースを持っての移動も苦でなかった。どこへ行くにも便利な立地。 スタッフの方々も気持ちよく、体調不良の友人のために朝食を部屋に持っていっても良いか尋ねた翌日も、今日は大丈夫なの？と心配してくれたりと、とても親切だった。
