"This is a beautiful hotel with a nice breakfast and a gorgeous spa. You have to reserve the pool because it is small. The staff was very welcoming and our room was lovely with a little private patio area. It was in a great location too."

"From different hotels I've stayed in Florence in the past, I'd say Minerva was the better one. These are what you may notice: roomier lounge, more light, roof top view, and also very educated staff. The room service manager is very smart in timing and the location is less than 10 min walk to Duomo or Uffizzi, and Vecchio, etc. Also if you have car, the area in front of hotel is great for valets or parking, and taxis can come to pick you up easily (specially if want to attend a venue) "

"I loved my stay here. The hosts especially were helpful and gracious. I felt like a guest in a private home. The furnishings were elegant, and the hotel in a central location for walking and dining. There is also a guest lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks. Very friendly and welcoming host and very cute resident dog. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if visiting Florence. "
