Otroligt varm och trevlig personal som verkligen höjde upplevelsen av boendet. I övrigt var rummen och alla faciliteter nya och fräscha. Vistelsen var helt klart över förväntan.

My wife and I had a wonderful memory in this hotel. Because this hotel is designed very mordern and clean also heating and warm water system was so nice.

Amazing hotel and amazing staff. We had the standard loft with a hot tub inside our bedroom! Loved it. Even though the reception is only open 9am-5pm, the hotel staff were very good at communicating with us through WhatsApp even when outside of these hours. The hotel feels very private. Love love love.

Amazing time spent here. The rooms are huge ! And the sparkling wine was a very nice gesture. Bed is comfortable and continently located near the huge bathroom. No delays with checking in. Very close to the city center. Very friendly and welcoming front desk attendant! You will always find free parking on the street so don’t need to use the 35$ per night garage !

We had room 104: 2 days no Internet and no airco. We discovered the airco issue only when we arrived back the second day of our stay as we arrived back after 17:00. The days before we arrived before and stayed in the pool area all evening. End of the second day we arrived at 18:30 and.... access to pool was closed and was refused to be opened. So... as personnel leaves after 17:00 and you spend for sure more time in town, the claim the hotel has a pool is nonsense as you will never be able to use it. Parking works with valet parking 35 euro a night: works good.

Beautiful room and comfortable bed. Clean. Nice pool area. There are no elevators but the stairs are not long. AC is not very strong but suffices. Area is full of hidden gems from bakeries to late night pizza. Parking can be a challenge but not more than other parts of the city. About a 20 min walk to the center and plenty of shops and restaurants along the way.

Reception closes at an early hour of 17:00 and there's no hotel parking. The recommended parking closes at 23:00 and street parking is either full or dangerous. We drove a Maserati and the looks from people made it feel extremely unsafe. The room is extremely beautiful, spacious and comfortable with the balcony is superb. Fix the parking situation then it may be closer to a 4 Star. Definitely not five.

Not a particularly nice hotel. The photos make it look much better than it actually is. The room layout was very strange, with too many things crammed into a small space, which made it feel cluttered and uncomfortable. The hotel seems recently renovated, but you can already see signs of wear and tear. There was also poor ventilation in the bathroom, which was noticeable during our stay. The reception setup was confusing and very sporadic. We even had to go to another hotel of the same brand to complete our check-in, which was inconvenient and unexpected. On the positive side, the room was cleaned well during our stay. However, the public areas were not maintained to the same standard, which gave an overall neglected impression. Overall, not a hotel we would choose again.

We had a really lovely stay. The staff were super friendly and kind, which made a great first impression. Communication before check-in was well-intended and resposive, but as we were arriving late, we had to download an app to access the property. It worked fine, but wasn’t the most intuitive process - I’d have preferred a key, which was available when staff were around. The hotel itself is small, brand new, and absolutely spotless. The beds were really comfy, and as Expedia VIP guests, we were treated to a bottle of prosecco, which was a lovely touch and very much enjoyed! We spent time by the pool, which felt quite exclusive and peaceful - a real bonus. The only slight downside was the air con, which seemed a bit weak. We didn’t really ask about it as we were out late most nights. It’s about a 20-minute walk into town, which we didn’t mind at all - nice to stretch the legs and explore a bit. All in all, a fab stay and we’d definitely come back.

This is a small (~10 rooms) boutique hotel on the river bank surrounded by a garden. Beautifully renovated with great amenities and very quite. Its outside of the main tourist attractions in Florence but if you do not mind walking in 25-30 mins you can be near Duomo. There is a small swimming pool with heated water so you can relax in the morning after long work day (like in my case) or a party night. The room was cleaned every day. Espresso coffee machine is in the room as well as a cattle, cold mineral water and some cookies and pastries. Tooth brushes, bathrobes, slippers were also provided. We arrived after hours so the stuff send me instructions how to install an app on the phone that would serve as a key. There was also a card waiting for us inside. We had very early flights so we asked to book as a taxi and this was done. Basically we had no issues and had a very comfortable and relaxing stay in Florence. Did not ask for parking since we came by train.

Personal muy amable. La propiedad es nueva y muy bonita. El Único problema que tuve fue el aire acondicionado, aunque es todo nuevo, la salida de aire se encuentra abajo de un escritorio y la habitación no enfría bien. Hace mucho calor.
