Lovely B&B in Florence

This is a great place to stay to explore Florence. Clean, quiet, and just a 15 minute walk from the centre. Special mention to Joan who put on a great breakfast every morning to set you up for the day. Highly recommend.

Agnes and her staff were friendly and helpful. Great location! Just be careful the single rental upstairs wouldn’t be suitable for a person over 5’9” tall it has a low ceiling and a small spiral staircase upstairs. Worked well for me 🙏

The room was great especially as we had a private terraces. Breakfast was excellent and we appreciated having access to snacks and beverages during the day. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The B&B is in a quiet area and about 30 minutes walking to main attractions and a shorter 10 -15 minute walk to the cafes and shops on the B&B side of the Arno River. Check in was a little confusing; make sure that you are emailed the code for the door prior to arriving. Overall, we would highly recommend staying here!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly recommend it to anyone seeking a short-term accommodation. The breakfast was delightful, and the garden added to the serene atmosphere. However, the only drawback was the lack of communication regarding check-in instructions. Arriving after 3 PM without receiving any email left me locked out for about an hour. Unfortunately, I couldn't contact them due to not having a SIM card. It's essential to ensure all guests have access to necessary information, as not everyone may have the means to call for assistance

The best part about the B&B was Joan! She was very pleasant and available. My room had 2 long doors with windows with a nice view of the outdoors, however there are mosquitos. The room & bathroom were small (normal for Europe) but nice. Location close to the Arno was a plus.

Personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående och tydlig i sin kommunikation. Då vi skulle avresa innan frukost fick vi en förpackad frukost att ta med på resan. Rummet var rymligt och mycket fräscht. Skönt med av och bekväm säng. Rekommenderar till alla att bo här, staden ligger bara en kort promenad bort vilket också var smidigt.

Very friendly hosts, breakfast was delicious! We loved looking out at the garden and we had a little terrace off our room, but it was just so hot when we were there we didn’t really get to enjoy it. We found the air conditioning in our room had a hard time keeping up, so they gave us a fan and that helped a lot. Bed was comfortable and there were always snacks in the main area. An important note, there are a lot of stairs, so if you need a handicapped accessible property this is not it, but it was very charming.

Was such a nice and refreshing stay on our final night in Italy. We were tired and hot. We arrived to a super friendly check in and a cool/relaxing room. The garden put the back was really relaxing and the breakfast was well done. It made a nice change from the usual hotel stays. I'd definitely return here.

I really enjoyed this bed and breakfast, where you could have the breakfast in the garden. Felt more like a real b&b than a hotel or air bnb for example, which was nice. The breakfastcould have been a little nicer for the price. Location was good, 20 minutes from train station by foot
