"This hotel paid close attention to detail when they renovated it. The room was amazing. Perfect size, very spacious for our family of 4. The bathroom was beyond amazing. LED lights, beautiful tub and standing shower. They stock the refrigerator with complimentary water and other various drinks and snacks. They provide huge umbrellas to borrow in case of inclement weather- which happened to us. They also have a washer/dryer on site that provides detergent and a clothes basket (ask the front desk for the basket). There is a small plunge pool, which will do the job when you want to cool down. They also provide a complimentary spa experience, which is the sauna and jacoozi for 45 minutes a a day if you reserve in advance. The location was not bad. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to all the action (and about 20 minutes to train station) but that worked for us, because it was quiet at night in our neighborhood. The front desk couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. They helped us book a day at a beach club in Viareggio- highly recommend if you have beach kids like mine... Beautiful white sand and warm waters. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. This was the perfect experience for my family. I’m so glad we had the opportunity to stay at this location."

"Great spot! Washer and dryer on site was super helpful and the amenities were great. Staff was super helpful when I had a train question and check in was simple. Only thing I wished for was more lighting and outlets in my room."

"I like the hotel, the location and mainly the staff. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. The issue I had was the noise at night. We could hear loud music from the rooftop bar, tourists talking and drinking outside and construction workers early in the morning. We had stayed at other hotels that were sound proof to avoid this situation"

"Beautiful hotel right in the centre. Fabio at the front desk was very welcoming and the room was great with a wonderful bright super clean marble bathroom. We booked a superior room and the sheets were fine linen and we slept really well. Cute bar too for a drink."
