The place is in the heart of shopping heaven, its next to lego store and restaurants, close to everything, i feel safe walking even late at night. Its very quite even though its close to all the shops and restaurants, we had a good night sleep. Free breakfast was a nice touch, enough food to start your day.

It was my second stay at this hotel and I believe it is a great choice for those who want to see the city and learn about the history of Florence. If you are travelling for shopping or for luxurious stay, go any where else.

I was traveling alone, and I loved how close the hotel was to everything, the room are moderns and beautiful. The people that works in the hotel are really nice.

Staff could be more polite. We were a family of 6 tired from a train trip from verona. The staff asked us to be "calm" and wait after every single question.

Think twice about it - location great. No more.
Location was great. Not so much more was good unfortunately. No hot water, breakfast was really poor, key to the entrance door didn’t work first night, no aircon, not able to get a late check out (11was the longest) etc.

Great stay
We had a great stay. The hotel is in a great location to visit Florence. We found it very easy to walk everywhere. The room was very clean when we arrived and was cleaned every day during our stay. The room was spacious and had a lot of storage which was great. The staff were very friendly. Only negative is there wasn’t much choice at breakfast, would have been nice to see some fruit available. But the access to restaurants near by made up for it.

O hotel tem uma excelente localização, melhor impossível quase em frente a Catedral de Florença. O café da manhã meio confuso e a atendente nada simpática. O hotel é charmoso com a decoração, mas o quarto é muito pequeno, banheiro menor ainda. Tem muitos quartos, parece até um labirinto. As recepcionistas foram super atenciosas e simpáticas.

Adorable hôtel, très bien placé….Avec du personnel charmant et très à l écoute ! La chambre était spacieuse belle propre au calme. Le petit déjeuner avec des produits italiens de qualités était appréciable ! Enfin un petit déjeuner qui ne ressemble pas à tout les petits déjeuners que l on retrouve partout ! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour ! Merci

Very helpful reception staff
I had a problem in that my phone wpuld.not charge through the UK adaptor I had. My flight boarding passes and train tickets were all on the phone so I was urgently needing to charge it. A lovely lady on Reception came to my rescue and offered me a local charger to use for the duration of my stay. It might not sound a massive deal but i really appreciated it so could then relax and enjoy Florence to the full.

Lamentable sans respect ni valeur
Lamentable expérience ! La chambre RÉSERVÉE N’EST PAS ! Celle que j’aurai dû avoir, nous avons eu une chambre de bonne, vous ouvrez la porte, et vous tombez sur une table de nuit, soit 35 cm de passage, la salle de bain est à l’état d’après guerre, les matelas sont creusés, j’ai fini avec de la morphine, pas d’ascenseur jusqu’à la chambre mais deux escalier, je suis handicapé sous chimiothérapie, scandaleux, pour finir peut déjeuner inexistant le pire jamais vu! Pas de bacon ! Pas de pain ! Pas d’œufs durs ! Pas d’œufs brouillés ! Pas de saucisse! Pas de fruit ! Du pain de mie blanc et 3/4 tranches de salami ??? On comprends pourquoi c’est inclus dans la chambre de bonne !!! Je pense que l’hôtel triche sur toute la ligne sur vos réservations ! Ah j’oubliais la chasse d’eau il faut faut couler de l’eau par un robinet puis activer la chasse d’eau ! Pas de pression dans la douche! Carrelage froid ! Pas de chauffage chambre ! Sèche cheveux année 60/70 médiocre ! Si je m’étais manifesté j’aurai explosé ! Et jamais vous n’auriez modifié la chambre !!! Vous pouvez répondre ou dire tout ce que vous voudrez , c’est scandaleux comme chambre, petit déjeuner , vous n’avez ni respect ni valeur ! Comme je n’ai pas obtenu de remboursement de votre part, une fois rentré en France je me rapprocherai de ma protection juridique et vous assignerai en justice !

The biggest problem and definitely the reason I won’t stay here again is the 10:00am checkout time which is totally ridiculous. Every hotel I have stayed in over 40 years of travel had a checkout time of 12:00pm and sometimes even 1:00pm. And there was no flexibility in checking out later. The other reason is that the beds require an update as they seemed to have mattresses that dated back at least more than 20 years and definitely not comfortable at all. But the location was fantastic as it was close to all the great attractions of Florence. Just a little more attention to what I said here and I would have highly recommended the hotel

Great location. One way on street to Duomo and other end to Medici palace. No laundry facilities but laundromat close and. reasonable. Breakfast was adequate and good cappuccino. Easy walking to ponte vecchio and other churches/ restaurants. Reception staff very helpful.

Great place to stay. In the center, very near from il Duomo and all the restaurants and shops. Not a big room, as most rooms in Italy, but clean and comfortable. as a client, we had access to a rooftop terrasse of another nearby hotel with an amazing view on the Duomo and the city. With a very sweet barman and amazing drinks. Breakfast is ok with a nice variety. The only thing is that it is in the ZTL zone ,so not easy for parking. we had to park far away and walk but we could have taken a taxi. But we recommend!!

Not bad stay here
We were given the wrong room and asked to change the very next day morning. Maybe that was the reason there was a lady knocked our door hardly in the morning. We were in a rush to catch museum schedule, it was the only thing. Other than that, everything is good.

Excellent location
The hotel is at a very good location, very central, the Dome is less than a minute away. It is actually the third floor of a building. The receptionists are friendly, however, due to lack of communication among themselves they made our check out a miserable experience. Breakfast is generous, but the breakfast area is way too small, only a few tables for two, and you are given out when taking a bigger table. Could use more staff. The location compensates for the small inconveniences, thus I highly recommend to stay in this hotel.
