"The room was clean and the staff was personable. The only thing we saw was a bit of sloppy maintenance, but it was only cosmetic. Our toilet paper holder had white paint splattered on it. There transition from the tile to the carpet had been cut short and there was a gap in the corner. The breakfast was standard for the brand. The only complaint I had was that someone should sort through the fruit to remove pieces that are old or beginning to mold. Overall our stay was pleasant and we will probably stay there again."

"I’ve stayed at this Best Western in Killeen several times over the past three years, and it has consistently been a great place to stay. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. It’s nice to know I can come back and expect the same good experience each time. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Killeen area!"

"We had a great stay with family in late July. The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable, with a good buffet breakfast that included a waffle-making station, which was a nice touch. The pool was also a great amenity for the family. The location was convenient and close to Kalahari, which we visited during our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a good choice for a family trip."

"The staff on checkin, checkout and breakfast were great. However, on the day I checked out I went out to a dead battery. Maintenance didn’t have a jumper box or jumper cables. I had to DoorDash jumper cables and ask a stranger to help jump start my car. Not once did anyone on staff come out and see if I needed help. I’m sure I am not the first nor will I be the last to need mechanical assistance."
