"Location near the 202 and in Hwy 60 in the far east valley. We were there for a baseball tournament at Arizona Fields. Hotel was clean, quiet and staff was friendly and helpful in answering our questions. Room has a full size freeze and ice maker! Along with a small sink, toaster, small surface range and microwave. There is a great place for breakfast and a little place to get your morning coffee (there is a coffee maker in the room). within walking distance as well as other fast food places. Road construction everywhere in Mesa but that isn’t the hotel’s fault. I would recommend the hotel. "

"The room was filthy and very poor condition. It’s very old, not kid friendly. Several people out side on balconies smoking pot. Would not want my kids there. Very run down, no counter in bathroom, just a small sink that was broken. "

"Absolutely top notch. The staff was very attentive, property was beautiful, well maintained, clean. Pool service was excellent; Maddex took very good care of us! Food and drinks were delicious. No complaints here!"

"This hotel is rough. There is good attempts at making this an adequate room, but overshadowed by the dirty and old furnishings that are with it. I luckily had quilts, sheets and pillows in our car and my one night worked for 7 hours."
