The property had fabulous views! I liked the rustic feel of the apartment and great to have space and 2 bathrooms. The location was good, easy to find and great to be in the middle of everything. Easy to walk to everywhere, attractions, markets, station and restaurants. Good information at property to help with the stay. The main room could be very noisy in the evening, but we understood this might be the case. This did not affect sleeping as the bedrooms are in the back and quiet. The apartment could have benefitted from an iron. And ironing board. The hosts communication was very good and responsive. The steps definitely keep you fit!!! En-suite bathroom needs some tlc. We had a situation where the booking rebooted mid booking, and didn’t add on the 3 children and was then unfortunately charged extra, even though the price was still for the 3 bed apartment. I didn’t blame the host for this, as they were very helpful to resolve it. However Expedia were not helpful at all.

Beautiful and spacious apartment directly across from Pitti Palace. Unfortunately, my daughter fell on the massive staircase and sprained her ankle day one of our trip there. These stairs are brutal and there is no elevator/ lift. However, Francesca helped us find a pharmacy for us to buy an orthopedic boot. Apartment has everything you need. However, be prepared for LOTS of mosquito bites. I woke up with 5 bites on my face!!!

Location was great, entrance to the apartment was dirty and dingy. Apartment itself was clean.

Location was wonderful. While there were some amenities that we enjoyed there were some lacking such as places to hang clothes or towels. The hot water was almost non existent. Easy walking to all the highlights of Florence.

Family trip - great location

It was a family trip. The location was amazing though parking the car was bit challenging but we managed to find a paid parking. The appartement had no lift so we had to carry our luggage 3 floors! the appartement was clean and nicely decorated. Communication with the owner was easy. Appreciated the attention for details by offering coffee, water and a bottle of wine :) would come again surely
