Convient location.
This is a very conveniently located hotel to old town Florence. We walked to all the sights and restaurants. The room has a floor that looks old and dirty, the rug outside the room in the hall was filthy and a squished bug was on the floor for days. The breakfast is a typical buffet, the pastries are not fresh, which was a bummer. Bathroom needs some attention, our shower leaked and the shower head drips after you turn the water off, so it is hard to dry off. Needs updating. The rooftop is a nice touch, but there are no services up there. I would give it 3 stars

The place and the staff were top tier! I didn’t want to leave and I’ll definitely be staying again the next time I am in Florence.

The Hotel was of of a lower standard than as advertised. My bathroom had a bad drainage smell, the guest toilets behind the reception area smelt of pee & the restaurant floor was in a substandard state (patches of misplaced flooring). There seemed to be distinct lack of supervision in the overall cleanliness & service culture. On the last day on our way out, there were shards of unswept broken glass at the hotels main entrance.

Small rooms but clean, quality and sufficient. Very close to the river and 3 minutes from Ponte Vecchio. Walking distance from the Duomo and museums and restaurants. Breakfast Buffett is 15 euros a person but very good. You can taxi to and from the hotel easily and in 10 to 15 minutes be at the train station.

The location of the property in Florence makes everything easily walkable an accessible. The staff was amazing, so helpful and accommodating to all our needs. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an excellent stay, the property was very clean and luxurious. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall very satisfied with the service and the hospitality. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Beautiful decor. Highlight was the second floor balcony with the best views of the river bridges and the city!! Highly recommended

Very pleasant hotel and well decorated and proportioned room. One negative we intimated to the reception was that when one opened the window into an internal courtyard, there was a dirty balcony below it with multiple cigarette butts, where a member of staff took their break. Also, no dedicated parking so the car got broken into on the street.

I can't wait to come back! Check in was easy, everyone was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. Make sure you spring for the river view, you won't regret it. This is an old building so don't freak out when you get inot the tiny elevator. Make sure to bring your universal plug because there were no usb ports in my room, cant say for the rest of the hotel. The staff were very helpful. I was very happy with my stay and out river view room was beautiful.
