Posizione strategica per visitare le principali attrazioni di Firenze e camera spaziosa e arredata in modo gradevole. L'albergo è di fatto un "affittacamere" in uso agli ospiti. Disponibilità colazione non fattibile per restrizioni COVID, ma con molti locali a pochi metri non era un problema. Stranezza per l'aria condizionata, disponibile a richiesta, con un extra costo giornaliero di 10 euro.

Avoid this place like the PLAGUE!

Worse experience ever. Avoid this place at all costs. They are a total scam. I was told we could drop our bags before check in. Then we are told it's a €10 fee. They left our bags in the "lobby". We were told the credit card machine was broken. They just wanted to steal our cash, which they did. €180 for 2 nights. We paid cash and left with the keys. She told us our room (7) was in the hallway outside of the "lobby" but didn't show us. When we returned to the room (7) was not labeled and since the host only gestured to the hallway we tried to open 2 separate rooms. We couldn't actually open our room because I was trying to unlock it but THEY NEVER LOCKED OUR ROOM WITH OUR LUGGAGE INSIDE. I could not lock the door from the inside and I sent an email to the staff right away. They did not come to sort the situation out so I was forced to book another room as I was not leaving our luggage unattended for another whole day. When I came to the hotel the next day I was told that they never lock the doors when they put luggage in rooms, bare in mind our room is not inside the hotel but a room in the hallway of a building with much traffic. The staff could not lock or unlock the door to room 7 with my key and they accused me of switching the keys and told me I needed to take responsibility for what happened. Her room, her key, her hotel. She refused to refund me any of my money and told me I needed to call, not email. What a joke. Rude people. Stay somewhere else.

Sconsigliatissimo

Stanza puzzolente di umidità. La prenotazione era per golden Wiew e invece alla fine non si sa per quale giro di web siamo stati assegnati a promenade. La signora all’ingresso molto gentile ma certo non poteva cambiare lo squallore di una stanza con un bagno cieco obsoleto. Nella prenotazione era specificato il set di cortesia da bagno e la biancheria, ebbene si trattava di 3 bustine bagno shampoo e tre teli ch’esso lo su mia richiesta sono stati cambiati ma non è mai stato pulito il bagno. Per quanto vi sia la vicinanza a ponte vecchio è stato come dormire in una bettola. Mai più, anche il sito di hotels dovrebbe verificare la trasparenza delle info.

Excelente ubicación

La primera impresión no es buena pues no existe una recepción, es necesario tocar un timbre para accesar a un tercer piso y tocar una puerta que tiene el nombre, el gerente Renato es muy atento y las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas, lo mejor es la ubicación y la atención de Renato.

Hotel bang in the center of Florence

Very good location that justifies a lot & is hard to beat: best logistically possible position right next to the Ponte Vecchio. Main drawbacks: 1. Serious noise (can cause problems with sleep), i.d., lack of sound insulation in rooms 2. Shower cabins in the rooms are small and, in my view, somewhat unsafe - be careful, little space inside and rather sharp 'angular' natural protrusions to bump your head on, or step on or, God forbid, fall over on. Felt myself very uncomfortable in the shower - in the sense of SAFETY. All the rest is good, view is very good.

Estafa total.

Llegamos antes de la hora del chekin y nos quisieron cobrar para cuidarnos las maletas. Al momento de pagar NO FUNCIONABA EL POSNET, asī que tuvimos que hacerlo en efectivo. Cuando entramos a la habitación hacía mucho calor y para usar el aire acondicionado NOS COBRARON 10 euros mas. Cuando todavía estabamos en la habitación preparåndonos para retirarnos, a las 9:30 hs. Nos vinieron a golpear la puerta para que nos fuėramos. En internet el chekin figura a las 10. Nos sentimos estafados porque la info que figura en la web es falsa.

Tres decu de cet hotel jai eu d pb de neige sur ma route ki mon fait arriver 20min en retard et auquune indulgence de la part de la reception qui mont fai payer 25e de taxe! Ensuite leau etai a peine chaude, absolument rien pour se laver apart un echantillon miniature avec lequel on devai se faire le shampoing et le gel douche.....une vue sur le lac??? Je navai aucune vu apart celui des batiment! Mm pas un cafe ofert pas de petit dejeuner absolument rien! Alors que jai payer 200euro! Moi ki etai sencer payer 158e!!!!! La nuit est bruyante impossible de dormir a cause du bruit des voiture! Une seul serviette fourni! Pas de seche cheveux cette chambre ne valai pas plus de 20e! Pour le pret des lit! Tres tres decu! Je ne le conseille a personne

Un po' scomodo il check-in (alle 14:00 e pagando in contanti la camera nonostante la prenotazione via internet con carta di credito!). Stanza pulita con letto matrimoniale ottimo; il letto singolo invece era basso e sembrava una branda!). Il bagno ok anche se non c'è il bidet a cui si rimedia con un doccino. La stanza è in posizione strategica x visitare città ed Uffizi a solo 100m da Ponte Vecchio! Rumori ambientali dall'esterno già alle 6 del mattino.

Bella la posizione,affaccio sull'Arno, buona l'accolglienza. Qualche difetto: terzo letto, per adulto, tipo branda,bassa, infilata tra muro e letto matrimoniale, praticamente attaccata. Lo scarico de WC che gocciolava. La chiave per uscire dalla porta comune era difettosa, tanto che all'ora di cena, abbiamo dovuto trafficare parecchio (mezz'ora) per trovare una soluzione... nessuno poteva aprirci e noi eravamo chiusi dentro.La signora, chiamata al telefono non era nelle vicinanze,e oltretutto si trovava in giro col treno e a piedi, quindi ci avrebbe messo un po' a raggiungerci.Per fortuna dopo tanti tentativi,da soli, abbiamo trovato delle altre chiavi all'interno della struttura e finalmente abbiamo risolto il problema

Very Convenient Location in Firenze (Florence)

First, I was surprised at the location...a small street and located on the 3rd floor of a building of apartments and businesses. There was a lift(elevator), thank goodness. Once up there,the graciousness and helpfulness of Ryanna warmed my heart. My room was very nice, although the view was of the building across the small street...there are some rooms with a view of the River Arno, I think only 7 rooms in total. Also, there were different levels in the room, coming in and to the bathroom, of which to be aware. Although this small hotel is off the main road.it is only a block and a half walk to the Arno River, where the Uffizi Gallery is on the other side, and a view of the Ponte Vecchio which is only about 3 blocks away. The Pitti Palace was about 5 or 6 blocks away, and it was an easy walk to the attractions on the other side of the Ponte Vecchio, like the Duomo and the wild Boar statue. This hotel is a perfect location in Firenze, just don't be surprised like I was when the taxi pulls up in front of the building that looks nothing like a hotel. I definitely recommend it and would stay there again. Thank you, Ryanna, for all your kindness, help (she speaks English, too), and for recommending the TrattorioBordino, a great little restaurant about a block and a half away.

Ett centralt beläget lägenhetshotell som var lyhört. Hon som hade hotellet var mycket trevlig och tipsade oss om en bra restaurang. Rummen var väl så där, men vi sov bara där. Så har man inga krav på lobby etc. så duger det alldeles utmärkt.

Hard to find but great lication

Tricky to find but very close to ponte vecchio - very noisy at night. Had to pay more for parking than advised and pay to hold luggage for a couple of hours. Have to pay to use the air conditioning in the room

Fantastisk placering. Dyr parkering, dyr aircon.

Fantastisk placering. Vi havde valgt dette, da der stod gratis parkering, hvilket der bestemt ikke var. Der var en ret dyr parkering, men hotellet lå perfekt lige ved Ponte Veccio. Supersød værtinde, meget hjælpesom. Dyrt at få lov til at bruge aircon, hvilket var nødvendigt. Placeringen og venligheden gjorde det hele pengene værd. Vil klart bruge igen.

you have to pay for the AC, and the parking. its very central. cant get much better than that if you think of location. but the AC should have been inkluded. But the woman who works there is very friendly and helpful.
