Absolutely amazing location, staff and room. We were welcomed with so much love. Traveled with my 10 year old son and myself so the area was perfectly safe. We had lost luggage and the manager was so quick to give us things he had and offered to run to grab us clothes. Truly can’t say how much we loved this place

We had a wonderful stay at Residenza d'Epoca Basilica. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Lucca, an incredibly attentive and kind host with warm personality. As a Florence local, he took the time to explain the city in detail using a map, showing us main areas and sharing some history of the the city and building. He recommended authentic places to eat which we visited all. The room itself is was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, spotless, everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast served at the restaurant downstairs was excellent. Superb location, definitely a place I would gladly stay again.
