Staff was very helpful with setting up taxi (2:00 a.m.), letting us store luggage early and explaining and showing us the logistics needed for our departure before reception opened. Room was on the ground floor. We were surprised by traffic noise all night (wear good earplugs). The room was well-stocked. We would reserve again for future stays.

Old building but clean, everyone is super nice, and friendly. Even after checkout we could leave our luggage to walk all day in the surroundings. I would definitely stay again, it’s 15 mins walking from the train station.

Accessible from train station and Duomo - 15-20 min walk. Clean, quiet and big family room. Small fridge and kettle available. Breakfast - typical Italian breakfast. Also served hard boiled eggs. Friendly staff.

I really enjoyed my stay at Residenza Hotel Cimabue. The staff at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. The hotel room was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable. The area is very quiet which is nice but also very close to the center and walking distance to the train station. I stayed here for three nights and would definitely recommend.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. The bathroom in our room had serious mold all over the ceiling, tiles and floor. We asked to be moved to another room, but the hotel was booked. Management sent someone up to try to clean the areas, but it was still really bad. For that much mold to accumulate tells me more training is needed on how to clean a bathroom properly. Getting a taxi was very challenging, had to walk to nearby attractions to get a cab.

O hotel é muito antigo e precário. As janelas são difíceis de movimentar. No banheiro, itens como saboneteira e pendurador de toalhas são inexistentes. Apesar de constar que o hotel tem elevador, isso não é verdade. É para uso exclusivo dos funcionários. Tivemos que subir com malas pesadas por estreita escada. Não volto e não recomendo.

Not recommended
The best thing about the hotel is that the room was clean. The hotel was far from the train stations (25 min by walk). The furniture was very old, so the doors of wardrope make noise a lot. They are quite pinchpenny about the breakfast. You choose what you eat 1 day ago, and you cannot take more. The room was extremely cold. We requested a remote control for air conditioner. They told us everyone in Florance shut down air conditioners in April due to environment, which is not the case for other cities in Italy. So it is hard to believe. You can request an extra blanket, but they are very heavy to move. And you cannot take a shower with the blanket. If this is the procedure for Florence, we do find it as a type of facism. People could feel cold, be sick or have babies. It is like that Muslims do fast in Ramadan, so all tourists cannot eat anything if it is Ramadan :/ The hotel or Florance should reconsider their policy.

Ottima posizione, tuttavia servizi e qualità insufficienti per un 3* (frigo bar vuoto e non funzionante, riscaldamento centralizzato a orari, accessori bagno minimi, arredi vetusti, camere non adeguatamente insonorizzate). Personale disponibile e gentile anche se con qualche lacuna nel servizio.

ci spiace che la camera non fosse di suo gradimento, spero ci dia una seconda occasione per farle cambiare idea. la prossima volta in qualsiasi albergo si trova lo dica al personale che la camera non è di suo gusto sono sicura che come noi tutti i colleghi troveranno una soluzione (piccolo consiglio che mi permetto di darle)

Amazing hotel close to the centre perfect for walkers around 15 mins to the cathedral. Very classic Italian hotel with lots of attention to detail. Also clean and provided everything we needed. Break fast was great too even with the current COVID-19 restrictions. It seems a little strange at first as it’s a resident block but once your are in the hotel it’s very classical and artistic. Thanks for a lovely stay!

La posizione dell'hotel è veramente ottima. A 5 min a piedi dal centro. Personale disponibile, camere e ambienti puliti nel rispetto delle disposizioni covid-19. Ben arredato e per la fascia di prezzo la struttura è superiore alle altre che ho visitato

Ringrazio vivamente I proprietari della struttura per la poca sensibilità dimostrata. Nonostante una settimana prima facevo richiesta della cancellazione gratuita tramite il sito Expedia, e giustamente visto il caos dei mesi precedenti, lo staff di Expedia si è scusato per la mancanza nei miei confronti, ad oggi ricevo una chiamata dal call center di Expedia, il quale mi comunica che l’albergo in questione non ne ha voluto sentire, neanche di emettere un voucher da scontare appena terminato questo periodo. Consiglio vivamente di non utilizzare la struttura, per eventuali gite turistiche. A me non cambiano la vita 129 euro. Io non ho né alloggiato, né sporcato , né ususfruito dei vs servizi e non pensò che per colpa mia avete perso la vendita, non penso ci fosse la fila per alloggiare nel vs Hotel. Ma voi non avete avuto rispetto e comprensione in merito alla situazione di emergenza..

Buongiorno, essendo anonimo il commento non sono a conoscenza della situazione e della prenotazione, ma le posso assicurare che abbiamo confermato tutte le cancellazioni gratuite richieste dai clienti causa Covid. se la sua prenotazione era per il periodo anteriore alla riapertura di tutte le attività ci scusiamo e la invito a contattarci per avere un voucher. se la sua prenotazione era per un periodo posteriore alla riapertura siamo spiacenti ma ha scelto lei di prenotare una tariffa non rimborsabile e non ci sono più motivi di forza maggiore che le permettono di cancellare senza penale.

Le personnel est très poli, discret et de bons conseils. la prise du petit déjeuner n'est pas évidente compte tenu de la configuration des lieux mais le petit déjeuner est copieux et diversifié. la salle de bain est un peu vétuste.

A lovely hotel to stay in. The location is excellent and close to all the main attractions. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was good and had all the needed amenities. The air con was good and wifi was ok, a bit slow at times. The breakfast was nice, in a cafe type room. There were warm croissants and pain au chocolate. Hot drinks, fruit juices and water. Cereals and toast. There is a lovely outside area you can eat breakfast in. Overall a great place to stay.

Modesto-Muy bien ubicado.
Muy bien localizado. A 10 minutos caminando del centeo. A 15 minutos caminando del Puente Vecchio. Y de los pricipales puntos de interés. Desayuno poca variedad pero muy rico y bien atendido.
