Great location....steps from the Cathedral and all of the dining/shopping you could desire. Staff and service were top notch with complimentary water, coffee, croissants, and wine/prosecco. Highly recommend

This property has thought of everything! Our only disappointment was that we were only there for one night. From the bathroom amenities, to the well stocked, common kitchen, we wanted for nothing. The beds were comfy, the shower a dream. I'll never stay anywhere else when in Florence and that's saying something.

We loved our stay until the last night. We were only staying 3 nights so we didn’t require maid service. We arrived back at the hotel after looking for a laundry facility. The host met us at the door. She was quite upset. She wanted us to unlock our door. We did and she went to our made bed and pulled down the sheets and scolded us for using the top sheet. I told her we use top sheets in the US. She said we would have to have our room redone. We allowed it. I haven’t been talked to like that in years. Didn’t sleep well as we were trying to process what had happened. It was obvious she entered our room (even with the do not disturb sign) without our permission while we were gone. Unacceptable!!

An incredible stay here, the owner was attentive and helpful. Large room and bathroom with great amenities. Complimentary water, tea, coffee and morning pastries was a lovely treat.

We loved our stay. The staff was so welcoming and looked after us and the hotel was beautiful, peaceful, comfortable and convenient. We would surely go back on our next visit to Florence and highly recommend!

Luana was so friendly & wanted our stay to be as comfortable as possible. She would offer to make cappuccinos, get croissants in the morning. She was very welcoming & nice. If we saw her throughout the day, she would ask if we needed anything. She called & ordered us a taxi when we left to take us to our car rental. Our room was very clean & comfortable. The location could not have been better! Very close to shopping, the Duomo etc. It was an excellent place for us to stay.

Beautiful property located conveniently in the heart of Florence. Rooms decorated beautifully, bed comfortable, spacious bathroom. Common room available. The team at the hotel was incredibly nice, even offered free water, coffee, tea, and some snacks in the morning. The only downside was that the AC wasn’t cold enough for us.

Lovely!

Staff were so helpful. There is a slight disadvantage of the staff not being there all the time…. but they were so helpful when they were. The rooms are so clean and new feeling. Bathroom nicely equipped, charming sitting room. Hotel is very close close to sights.

This is a very slick guest house in the centre of Florence. We loved everything about the place, from the charm of the period lift well, the high ceilings, the perfect state of everything, the 2 minute walkability into the centre of historic Firenze, and the very kind and helpful staff.

Great hotel in a great location. The rooms are very comfortable with nice bathrooms, closet and amenities. There is a common room that is very comfortable and a kitchen area with coffee, other drinks and pastries. The staff is fantastic. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re in the area. Wonderful room and host. Bedding was perfect, bathroom and amenities were lovely. Shared kitchen space with refreshments was so nice to wake up to and have at the end of the day. Bit noisy outside for light sleepers but the city view from our room was amazing.
