A really nice, spacious place, just minutes away from loud touristy city center. Conveniently located just a few minutes walk along the river from tourists sites. It was one of the best places we stayed during our 3 week visit to France & Italy. Space wise, functionality, amenities, cleanliness and upkeep, everything was great.

The front desk staff was amazing- incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! Special thank you to Francesco and Lorenzo! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable! The location is perfect! Close to everything but away from the crowds. We loved our stay! Only 2 issues- the fire alarm went off at 3:00 am one night- due to an issue in the new restaurant. It took over an hour to go back to our room. Also, there was no hot water the morning we checked out- no showers for our day of travel back to the US. Other than that- a wonderful experience! Florence is our favorite!

This stay was absolutely perfect for our trip!! Super clean rooms, so nice to have a mini kitchen as well. The AC worked great the entire time - we went in August so it was 95 degrees plus everyday! The views of the city are breathtaking as well!! The only drawback (which would not even deter me from booking again) is that it is a bit of a walk (~10 minutes) from the city center, BUT do not let that stop you from booking. Already planning our trip for next year!

De maravilla todo, lo único que sugeriría es que tengan aunque sea un pequeño restaurante por lo menos para los desayunos ya que tuve que irme a otros hoteles cercanos y eso fue poco práctico Pero todo lo demás de 100%

This property is exceptional. Luxurious accommodations in a quiet and safe area. Fantastic coffee shop at the end of the block. Everything about the stay was incredible, from the housekeeping to the ease of catching a taxi to the overall helpfulness of the staff. I am already looking forward to my next stay!

Great location close to the Arno, and 15-25 minutes (safe) walk to most galleries and museums/sights. Located in a quieter area, with transport options not too far of needed. Much more relaxed than the hustle and bustle in the more central historic streets where a lot of hotels are. I stayed two weeks in a Studio Flat, and used the kitchen to cook most nights - included are most things you’d need - but no toaster or microwave of you rely on those. The oven and induction cooktop were great, and overall I was really impressed with the facilities. A well-stocked Carrefour Express for groceries is very close, as well as cafes and restaurant options. The room was well appointed, clean, the bed very comfortable, and there a lot of lighting options. Storage was great (no suitcases needed to be visible), and the rainfall shower very nice. Staff were friendly, and quick to help when needed. Check-in (in the afternoon) and out (at 3:30am) were both easy. I’d absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a modern, self-contained option.
