We had such a wonderful stay this weekend. The hotel itself was beautiful — newly remodeled, spotless, and our two-bedroom suite was laid out perfectly for comfort and space.
What truly stood out, though, was the staff. From the very beginning, Kedra was incredibly helpful when I called ahead about incoming winter weather. She took the time to answer questions and made us feel at ease before we even arrived. When we checked in, Hannah welcomed us with such warmth and friendliness and made the process easy and informative. During our stay, my husband realized he forgot his iPhone charger, and Kendra kindly let him borrow hers — such a thoughtful gesture. She also assisted us at checkout and was just as courteous and pleasant.
We own an RV resort, so we pay close attention to guest experience and service. Our expectations can be high, and we were extremely satisfied. Every interaction made us feel right at home.
Everything was wonderful, and we truly appreciated the care and hospitality shown to us.
