This is a hotel with a great location… this is the up point. Don’t expect great facilities, average but really worth the location and the focus of the trip. The only bad thing was the bed… If the hotel can improve this it’s a superstar!,,,

You should stay here
Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, accommodations were great. Location was in an area that was very walkable and attractions were close by. I would recommend staying here if you are in the Florence area.

The pictures of the hotel are very misleading. The rooms my group and I stayed in are run down and in need of serious renovation. The room's electrical sockets in the wall were loose and didn’t work. None of the minibar fridges worked. The windows in the bathroom were missing curtains, and the window glass is not one-way. And, in room 35, the sink plumbing was held together with duct tape. It was an unpleasant experience for my entire group. It certainly wasn't worth the 3-star hotel price. We will not be returning there ever again.

The hotel room pictures on Expedia are misleading to what the rooms actually look like. Very small and need to be update. Convenient location but I would not recommend. Mold was growing in the shower. Air conditioning didn’t work.

ロケーションが良く、部屋も広いです。また、スタッフの人がみんなとても親切です！ 夜に下の階のトイレが故障してしまったらしく、何回も私たちの部屋にも入ってきて点検してました。笑 外は少しだけうるさいけど、特に支障ないです！

O if you are on a strict budget
It’s a budget hotel than can improve a lot in the service area. Check in desk closes at 8:30 pm so if you arrive later even though someone will meet you there to give you your room key, there will be no information on breakfast cost, hours or any special request you may have. The air conditioner never worked properly so we had to open the windows which means all the noise from the street traffic and people walking were heard. The beds are SUPER FIRM and the bathrooms are very tiny and uncomfortable.

Good location. Negatives: Had to request at least twice for towels as none was provided, same for shower gel. Bathroom was overlooked by an apartment with no curtain to fully cover the bathroom window. We had to put a towel up to cover the window.

Optimal value for money
I spent one night with family and it was a good experience. Staff helped with the parking arrangements and helped with maps and tips. It's a 3-star hotel that delivers on its promise. I'd stay there again

Wonderful place to stay in Florence!!
This hotel is convenient to the train station and metro stations. Paolo was the most gracious and accommodating host we had our entire trip! Our room was clean, the bed was super comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Little elevator so helpful in getting bags upstairs. We would definitely stay here again! Come visit us in Colorado, Paolo!!

Great Location
The location of the hotel is fantastic its close to everything the heart of Florence and the Cathedral as well as train station however please note its on a busy road so will be noisy at night. Breakfast can only be provided in room as there inst any space. Room, beds were old service average.

Great Hotel, Great People and Great Coffee !
First, I was recommended to this hotel by one of the owners of a restaurant located in the main Piazza. Overall, I had a good stay, the hotel was in good condition, the room was clean and it was located one block (3 min walking) from the heart of Florence. However, the most important thing I would like to mention is the great service provided by the staff. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and nice and this is to me why this is a great hotel. Breakfast was great with a real taste of Italian Coffee and some great food.

Nice, clean basic hotel with great location.
Hotel is close walking distance to the train station and all major sites. Elevator was broken during our stay which may be an issue for some guests since the hotel lobby and rooms are 3 to 4 floors of stairs up. Breakfast is very basic but ok. Room was very clean and hotel staff was very helpful with directions, maps etc.

Large, clean hotel right near the Duomo. Nothing fancy, except the two headed shower, which was great. Breakfast was basic but filling. Overall a great place for the price. About a 5 minute walk to the train station. Close to everything but not noisy. Solid place.

Lo mejor, es la ubicaciòn del hotel, lastima su acceso en disminuto ascensor y que por un dia estuvo roto, cuando el hotel esta en el piso 3. Tambien para destacar la atenciòn de FRANCHESCO !!! Un calabres muy atento y cordial !!! Pagamos por una habitación triple, y al llegar la tercera cama era una verguenza. tuvimos que quejarnos para lograr que trajeran una cama y colchon verdaderos, y asi se soluciono es inconveniente.

Blackout during stay with loud vibrating traffic
Booked the triple room for 1 night pretty last minute. Room had standard amenities and was old but clean. However, it did not look as bright and homely as the pictures on expedia. Further, there was a blackout during our stay and the hotel staff seem pretty nonchalant when we told them about it. Receptionist is pretty slow and aloof when we are checking in as well. Elevator is tiny. Traffic was loud at night even with closed windows and there seem to be some slight vibrations that can be felt while in bed whenever vehicles pass by. Location and amenities was ok for a short 1 night stay but overall service level, furnishing and lighting can be improved. Not recommended if you want a relaxing and comfortable stay. For the price, you could definitely get better hotels.

Excelente localização
A localização é excelente. Pertinho da estação de trem e também bem perto do Duomo. Café da manhã bom, quarto ok, box do banheiro bem pequenininho, como ocorre na maioria dos hotéis europeus. O único motivo de queixa é quando chegamos nos disseram que o café da manhã não estava incluído. Depois que mostramos as informações da reserva ficou tudo certo, mas houve essa incompatibilidade de informações. No geral, foi uma boa escolha, principalmente pela localização.

Hotel was in a great area, close to all the sites. The rooms were good size for Europe. Booked online early and got a good value for a 3 star in Europe. The elevator to get up to the rooms on the 3rd and 4th floor was small with our bags, but it is manageable. Used the stairs when we didn't have luggage.

Greit hotell, sentralt plassert med bare 6-7 minutter å gå fra jernbanestasjonen. Godt utgangspunkt for tilgang til de fleste attraksjoner i Firenze - til fots. Rommet var ikke så stort, men greit nok og rent. Bra frokost til Italia å være.
