"My rating of 5 stars based on knowing I was getting what I was booking. I was flying early the next morning and wanted a stay that was cheap and included breakfast and shuttle to the airport. "Basic room, nice staffs and good location. But. They allow smokers to smoke on the top floor patio which causes the entire building to smell like cigs. Even during the Breakfast hours, they allow smoking resulting in second hand smoking for breakfast. There's no wifi. Towels are dingy. Door has a gap which allows unruly tourists noise and cigarette smells to come in. We requested early breakfast box the day before in the morning but we did not get any as the cook did not show up. "Good - Staff, Breakfast and the building has a supermarket with pharmacy downstairs. Bad - No hot water and air-con needs to be much stronger. During check-in the receptionist mentioned that there will be hot water for first 10 mins and then the 2nd person had to wait 15 mins to shower with hot water. There was barely 2 mins of hot water for the 1st person and no hot water for other people."
