Pessimo atendimento

Atendimento e péssimo, cheguei a noite quase não entrava pois nao tinha recepção. Ao ligar pra pousada me falaram que foi enviado pro meu zap uma senha para acesso, sendo que não tinha zap, e no momento da reserva nao vinha dizendo que eu precisaria ter zap pra receber senha. O pior que todo dia a senha mudava e eles mandavam pelo zap, eu tinha que ficar ligando pra saber, mesmo eu ja tendo relatado sobre o fato. Os fios no banheiro sao expostos, da medo. A localização é boa, mas embaixo do hostel moram moradores de rua. Tem um quarto que quando desliga a luz automaticamente desliga o ar condicionado, nunca tinha visto isso antes. Pelo preço compensa.

A acomodação é espaçosa, o ar condicionado funciona bem, a cama é confortavel, tem um banco de madeira, uma mesa e duas cadeiras e um espelho grande. O wifi nao funciona muito bem, as paredes não tem isolação acústica, possui 4 banheiros o que acho insuficiente para a quantidade de acomodações. A cozinha é bem equipada e a decoração dos ambientes comuns é linda. Tem uma senhora que trabalha na arrumação, acredito que ela seja venezuelana, enfim, muito simpatica. O preço de modo geral em Florianópolis é muito caro para o padrão que oferecem. O hostel/hotel possui um preço acessivel, porém a falta de uma recepcao ou de quantidade de banheiros é um ponto negativo, além da acústica das paredes. Tem pombos o dia inteiro fazendo barulho no telhado.
