Quero destacar o atendimento da Samantha — eu cheguei trazendo alguns problemas 😅 e, mesmo assim, ela me ajudou em todos os momentos. Mesmo enfrentando um problema pessoal no joelho e com a plataforma não colaborando, ela nunca deixou de nos tratar com muito carinho, paciência e atenção. Do primeiro ao último contato, foi uma querida, uma fofa. Atendimento impecável, humano e acolhedor. Foi realmente incrível.

"A estadia de forma geral foi ok. Porém com alguns pontos que podem ser melhorados. Por exemplo, o chuveiro fica pingando direto, o hotel não tem elevador e fiquei no 3º andar. Ao chegar para fazer o check in, eles dão a toalha e umas amenidades na própria recepção, aí vc tem q subir sozinho as escadas com suas malas e ainda segurando toalha e amenidades (lógico q tive que descer novamente para pegar, pq não teria como). "
