"Check in was easy, room was good at first glance. While laying in bed I rolled over and landed on something hard. Upon further investigation I realized there was a plastic clothes hanging tucked between the mattress and fitted sheet. That had me questioning whether someone actually changed the bedding from the last person or if they accidentally laid it on the mattress while cleaning and forgot it. Either way I was grossed out but too tired and it was so late when I found it I didn’t bother...

"We were there with our 12 year old grandson last Monday. They don’t let kids go in the rooftop pool. It was frustrating. But what wa maddening beyond belief is that I booked the room for 2 adults one child and was offered breakfast for $39. I purchased it. It was listed on the confirmation as “free breakfast”. Now wouldn’t you think that meant breakfast for three without any additional cost? NOPE! We were told that it was only for two and that it was $30 credit (even though I paid $39…I was told...

"Room was very clean. We showed up while they were gone to lunch. It was a Sunday,Not sure if they would have someone there during the week.To my surprise the small refrigerator had a good freezer.i had freezer packs for the items we were taking to meet family. The room had a microwave. Space could be bigger, but great for the price!"
